   A very good meal. The beef short-rib was excellent as always, my spuose loved her halibut, and our guest's steak was very good (although the tough piece of gristle on first bite was a surprise). The ambiance was very good, quiet with soft and tasteful music wafting through. And then of course, there's the view. It can't be beat!

   A special birthday dinner for my husband…..he always enjoys the steak and mushrooms after a starter of coconut prawns. Unfortunately his steak was raw in the middle…unusual as he has always received a perfect medium. Our server, Alex, was excellent and gladly took the steak to the kitchen for assistance. When it came back, it was still raw in the middle. This was disappointing but we appreciated the charge being removed from the bill….very appropriate in this case. Alex arrived back with a beautiful serving of chocolate cake for the birthday boy….a lovely gesture. My Caesar salad starter and my halibut main course were both delicious. Alex was excellent, the view beautiful as always. Near the end of our meal, a family were seated nearby and their little fellow had a major meltdown…shrill, continual screaming until they removed him. We felt so sorry for these folks…obviously a child with major problems. The staff were very kind and professional….such a classy reaction to a difficult situation.

   Hello and thank you for your review and understanding. We are so thankful you decided to celebrate such a special occasion with us, it sounds like it has become tradition? Sometimes unfortunately. we miss the mark and don't get the steak perfect, but we will always try to make it right. I am glad we were able to make things right in this case.    We asked for a quiet table but sadly it wasn't. Also, I had noted on our reservation that it was our anniversary (50th to be exact) but no mention was made about it. Why bother asking if it is a special dinner if you don't acknowledge it.

   A Bit Disappointed This Time Around We’ve always enjoyed coming to this spot — the space is beautiful and the view is absolutely stunning. We’ve been here several times in the past (our last visit was less than a year ago), and it’s always been a solid experience. Unfortunately, this visit just didn’t measure up to what we’ve come to expect. The salmon burger was dry and lacked the flavour we remembered from previous visits. The chowder had a nice flavour, but it wasn’t served hot, which took away from the experience. Service was also a bit underwhelming — staff didn’t check in much for drink or coffee refills, and overall attention to detail felt a little off. It could have just been an off day, and we’re hoping that’s the case, because we’ve really enjoyed this place in the past. Here’s hoping for a better experience next time!

   Three friends met for breakfast today to celebrate a birthday. Our server, Nadine, was outstanding, and the food excellent! We were all very impressed. Thank you.

   Service staff were very attentive. We arrived a little early but they quickly set up our table. Shared appetizer Mediterranean Plate was very good and sufficient for the three of us. Main course salads were delicious and they allowed us to take an unfinished bottle of white wine back home with us. Pricing was reasonable. Our table overlooked the wonderful beach, and as such was a perfect setting.
