Lovely food and friendly staff. Location is a bit odd with the slope level inside making things slide on the table and outdoor area is quite cold in the morning.
Still enjoyed our experience and have been back

We will not go here ever again and we used to be regulars. Only a third of the beer list was available, there were dirty beer glasses covering the bar, there was no pork knuckle, no veal schnitzel, no pork schnitzel, and many other issues. A poor experience and we ended up leaving we were so disgusted.

The trivia night was fun and added to the atmosphere but service was slow and detracted from the rest of the night!

BBC was a great place to relax and slow down after arriving on the coast. There was a good selection of beers, but the pricing seems to be more on the gimmick side than Value.

Poor service from a very uninterested wait person. Had no real knowledge of the beers avaiable or menu options.Steak was cooked OK but tough.

Unfortunately our first choice of beer and main course was unavailable . Very disappointing as a frequent visitor to this chain of restaurant.
Also , we were given a 5 minute warning to vacate our table , with 500ml of beer left to drink and having spent a great deal of cash!
However, still remains a firm favourite.

Everything was great. My only complaint is that it was very hot inside. I don't think they had the air conditioner on as it was quite unpleasant at times. We went somewhere after for dessert and it was lovely and cool in that place. Food was excellent service was excellent

Service was terrible, place was almost empty yet we were sat next to water station even though I requested a booth.
Will not be returning.

Had family over from China with a 2 year old do wanted kid friendly and it was. High chair provided , kid menu, activity book so very happy. Menu was ok and we have been before but very expensive for what is rally just pub food. Generous portions. Average wine list but ok as it is a beer place. Very noisy. Staff nice and friendly but hard to get their attention. Probably being holidays more people than normal and not enough staff. Would go again and have been before when dining with children

Great Food and Great Service

From booking to paying bill the staff were exceptional, so friendly and super helpful! And they even brought out the cow bell with a free schnapps for my partners birthday!
The restaurant was an incredibly good atmosphere and the food platters were enormous and DELICIOUS

Just a wonderful night

The food is traditional German with lots of meat so I would suggest if there is more than one person make up a salad dish of your choice and share ,the service was good and we had a lovely girl to serve us and the beer she chose for me was spot on.

I took my younger brother there who unfortunately needs a walking stick post chemotherapy and they refused entry. Completely shocked and the staff were extremely rude.

Very happy with the service and quality of the food. You won't leave hungry. All of the dishes we had were of high quality.

Great night, food was good/fast, service was with a smile and efficient. It was a party of 12 so they looked after us quite well. I am a regular visitor to Bavarian so it was good to see the standards still high. Will be back soon !

The menu has changed and the food appeared to be a higher price but no where near as good as it use to be. It was a birthday celebration but the general noise level was too loud for us to talk to each other, we had to take our gathering elsewhere. Quite disappointing experience.

Good night out. Service was ok - got forgotten a couple of times but they were pretty busy. Food was great and good atmosphere. Would definitely go back.

Good food, service was not great. Waitresses were nice enough but a bit useless. I ordered a cocktail that never arrived. Once our mains were ordered we didn't see any waitresses come back out to us again and had to go inside to order dessert.

Was awesome night, giant schnitzel was really small, so disappointed... Service was great!

Beer was served in a glass with a chip out of the glass rim. No cut was suffered but I brought the damage to the attention of a passing waitress who took the half full glass and poured the remaining beer in to a clean glass and returned it to the table. No thanks given for bringing the damaged glass to the attention and no thought given to whether a fragment of glass might be in the liquid.Since I am not given to confrontation the returned glass remained untouched.

We found that whilst the food was good - the shared platter for two was overpriced

We came to the bavarian cafe to enjoy a night out, but we were treated quite poorly by service staff - first by outright failing to acknowledge as we were the sole customers at the bar where we were made to order dinner, and then by offering patronising quips when it came to ordering the meal. The service left a really bad taste in our mouths and we wanted to leave. The manager asked for feedback, and was apologetic and deducted 10% of the bill as a gesture.

Food was very nice, Staff very obliging good energy and party atmosphere Lots happening here and so many fab Beers to choose from

The staff and their service are excellent. So much food that we couldn't even finish it all.
