Amazing omakase in the middle of a beautiful vineyard in Valle. It is just a delightful experience from when you walk in. Fresh and delicious food, the chef loves what he is making and you can tell. Really cant stress what an amazing experience this is. It's a must!

The expensive is billed as being a “12 course” meal however when I was there our group only received 10 courses and no explanation was given as to why that was.

Fue una experiencia muy grata, a pesar de que el Chef Toshi no estaba en el lugar, el chef que estaba cargo hizo un excelente trabajo junto con todo el staff, la comida increible, al igual que el excelente maridaje. Nos toco un clima fantástico. El lugar esta lleno de plantas de lavanda y árboles de cítricos que hacen una atmósfera muy agradable. Sin duda volveremos.

An authentic Omakase experience in Valle de Guadalupe following the Japanese tradition. Interesting experience appropriate for foodies and raw seafood lovers. Three-hour twelve-course experience. First few courses is raw seafood, followed by some hot dishes and exquisite dessert. Excellent fish and seafood from Ensenada. Wine pairing is recommended, as you can taste local organic wines and an excellent Mexican sake. Service and attention to detail is superb. Among the most expensive restaurants in Valle de Guadalupe, well worth the Trip.

It was phenomenal. Amazing ambiance and service. The pairing was also spectacular. They served the best beer -Fugu--and everything was served very cold and crisp. I am dreaming of when I can return.

Our first omakase experience in Baja was nothing short of amazing. Intimate, kind employees, lovely atmosphere, and got to chat with diners from different parts of the world. Highly recommend! Such an exquisite experience at a great price point.

La comida, la experiencia, las explicaciones de los platillos y el servicio son un 10/10. Totalmente recomendable.

Two chef's are preparing the food right in front of you with a 12 course meal thought every plate the chef that did the plate explains what you are about to eat in detail, the full experience is one of the greatest that i have had

Me agrado bastante el concepto que manejan dentro de la cocina japonés en combinación con la de Baja California, donde manejan productos muy frescos y respetando la veda local.
Quede bastante satisfecho con todos los tiempos. Una experiencia única.

Went for a Valentines Day/Birthday celebration and Drew Deckman and Toshi were both cooking at eye level with us. It was great to see such passionate chefs with such different styles come up with different dishes for us to enjoy. The 16 course meal ended up being about 4-5 hours but it didn't seem long at all. Both chefs introduced their plates as only they could with such charisma and personality. The ambience and style of the dinner was incredibly relaxing and all the staff were amazing in assisting the chefs bring out there creations. It was like I was cooking again watching them joke around together. The food was out of this world but we will always remember the interaction with the chefs and when Toshi wished my friend a Happy Birthday. It was incredibly thoughtful and we will forever remember this amazing experience.

Los 12 tiempos y las bebidas perfectamente bien seleccionadas. El servicio fue excelente y nos explicaron todo el proceso y los ingredientes de lo que estábamos comiendo por el equipo de meseros y el Chef.
Altamente recomendado!
La única observación que puedo dar es la temperatura del lugar, cabe mencionar que si nos advirtieron de la baja temperatura y había calentones de gas. Aun así, hacía mucho frio!
Regresaremos en Primavera para disfrutar de todo lo que Baja Omakase tiene para ofrecer!

Amazing experience

Probably one of the best meal experiences I've had all year. As this was immediately after the holiday and during COVID, we had the entire experience to ourselves, which added to the experience- but I'm sure it would be as great with other parties.

Waitstaff to Chef were all friendly and available for any questions, assistance. The food itself was amazing, a great mix between Japanese and Baja cuisine. We went the extra mile and added the drink pairing, great range from Sake, beer and wine. Highly recommend.

Chefs Toshi and Drew crafted an amazingly delicious dining experience showcasing primarily local seafood and produce. We purchased the drink pairing, which consisted of unique local offerings at a great value. The Baja Omakase experience is an absolute must if you're near Ensenada.

Una experiencia diferente en el VDG. Al aire libre cooking show de la mano del chef Toshi. Productos de calidad , atención y Perfecto ambiente para compartir . Sugiero tomar el menú con maridaje , son 12 tiempos con 6 bebidas. Excelente tener 2 sakes Mexicanos que me sorprendieron . Una cerveza mexicana elaborada aquí en Ensenada con el método japonés . Vale cada centavo y enaltece el producto local en todos los sentidos . Bravo

Absolutely phenomenal!

Beautiful atmosphere, amazing service, the food itself was interesting. The presentation of the dishes were beautiful. The chef put a lot of heart into his creations and preparation, but it just wasn’t for me. I wasn’t blown away by several of the dishes.
It’s about $75+ min per person, which I don’t mind if the food is outstanding. Unfortunately, I feel it felt a bit short on that. My guests felt the same way too. They also charge for water, wasn’t expecting that.

Me gusto mucho la comida, la cerveza de primera pero les falta mas variedad de Sake, el personal es MUY amable y servicial, el lugar y el ambiente en general es muy limpio, todo está en su lugar y te invita a disfrutar sus instalaciones, el precio también creo que esta muy bien y es justo para la gran labor que hacen. Creo que lo único que no me gusto pero que pueden mejorar fácilmente es que el piso donde está la cocina es de grava, esto no da buena impresión, por otro lado, creo que si pudieran en un futuro hacer algo con el control de las moscas, sería muy bueno, entiendo que es un servicio campestre pero el lugar amerita desde mi punto de vista que dentro de la barra, estuviese cerrado. Mi experiencia fue muy buena, por supuesto que regreso y también los recomendaría, porque además insisto, los platillos todos muy ricos y muy bonita presentación. Por cierto, los productos del mar son los más frescos que he probado en Ensenada, vale mucho la pena que vayan y apoyen a nuestra economía local, no se arrepentirán.

We were celebrating a birthday, but that was just the excuse to go. We will definitely be going again. It was the most amazing and delicious food. Toshi is amazing, sweet and really nice with everyone. Love every second of out experience.

Una súper experiencia gastronómica!
Vale muchísimo la pena, la comida es súper fresca y deliciosa y ver al chef preparar y explicar cada platillo es increíble.
El precio vale totalmente pues los platillos son muy bastos y estuvimos casi 3 horas probando diferentes platillos muy muy ricos.
Además la vista del atardecer complementó muy padre!
