Everything was fabulous. The service was behind excellent. If I had one complaint it would be the cheese board it was all for the most part good except for the Stilton Blue Cheese. I had the beef tenderloin Medium rare and it was fabulous.

I am staying at Nobu, and I was anticipating my reserve at Andrea. I loved the combination of Italian and steak house, so I was eager to try it. First, I thought it was a little odd the restaurant was a “cave like” construction. There are no windows, the walls are black, and the music is on the loud side. We ordered a salad to share as appetizer. They brought 2 medium size plates, and I was just imagining how big it would be the salad just for one person. The salad was more green leaves than Anything else . Few very little cubes of Gorgonzola cheese and some croutons, and also very little dressing. As entrees, I ordered the risotto and my boyfriend the lamb shank with mashed potatoes. The lamb shank was good. The mashed pork were good but a little cold. I was disappointed with my risotto. There was one shrimp ( ok, it was big…but just one?) and a micro portion of shrimp tartare. It was suppose to have a burrata, but again, I saw some very little cubes of cheese, spread over the risotto. So, at the end, it was more like a tomato risotto than anything else… As dessert, we ordered a chocolate lava cake .. that was ok. So, at the end, it was ok to know the restaurant but I won’t be back. All the other restaurants at the Nobu Resort were fantastic with amazing food, but I wouldn’t include Area as part of the same quality food. The service was great.

The noise level was terrible - you need white table cloths -loose the terrible yellow LED lighting - please !!! And I’ll repeat - add white table cloths. It felt like a night club vs a high end steak house in a high end hotel

Well started out poorly since they didn’t show our reservation and had to show the Open Table confirmation so was shut down at security. Finally cleared that up and then they sat us back to back with a couple who were using the back of couch with their arm so very uncomfortable to sit he. The restaurant was basically empty at 6:30 pm. Asked about the premium 7 course meal and the waiter didn’t know what I was saying until I showed him the offering on the Open Table site. Goat cheese Lollipop, hummus and roll was ok. Oyster in a ravioli just didn’t work with hot ravioli and cold oyster. The foie gras crostini was passable but tasted more like chicken liver. A5 wagyu of 4 slices just slightly larger than postage stamps was tasty but left you wanting more. Beef rib tasted like street birria, the single scallop presentation reminded me of a magical trick that made 5 scallops reduced to one tasteless morsel and the rest was forgettable. Too much emphasis on showmanship with have the right presenters. Sorry for $600 USD and only drinking water I would definitely find alternatives to this restaurant. Hopefully Ardea comes up with a better idea on how to run a quality steakhouse.

We really did not enjoy the meal - had a salad was very dry not enough dressing Gorgonzola was not your typical Gorgonzola you can tell it was not high quality. Told them before hand was my husbands birthday no cake no candle no dessert. Steak mediocre at best we got the t bone for two very fatty - prices expected to be high of course on vacation outside the country but for 200$ I want w nice steak and the sides were absolutely atrocious. Would not recommend

The food was very good, the prices are out of control. At the last second we requested two scoops of ice cream for two children and were shocked to see that they were $17 each when added to our bill. There is something to be said for making a profit, there is another for ripping your guests off. These prices wouldn't be seen in any other restaurant we've been to in Cabo- even at the most expensive resorts.

I would give service 100 stars. I have never had service that exceptional. Our server made us feel welcome and made our 10 year anniversary that more special. The food was so delicious and the extra little surprises were fun and exceptionally good. We will be back!

Just not a fan. Restaurant sounds like a dance club. Sommelier tried to pour me the wrong bottle of wine. Waiter tried to rush us to order food before drinks were served. For the price, I expected more. Steaks were good not great. Sides were nothing special.

Everything was incredible! Best restaurant at Nobu hotel and all of Cabo. The service, the food, and ambiance was incredible. Will def have to come again before we check out.

Amazing. Food was delicious and our water Alexander was absolutely amazing. His attention to detail was impeccable. Best service we ever had.
