Love the food and wonderful service. Great end to a perfect week with enjoyable company

Service was poor. We were never offered a drink. Lunchtime specials were ordered. Curry came out with rice. Four of us were dining, meals not all served together.
Very ordinary experience.

Had the ‘just feed me’ menu and it was outstanding.

I had worst experience with the service on my first visit that was back on early December 2020 at lunch time; either the duty manager and the staff of the resto; the only friendly one is the bartender from downstairs.
This time the staff super friendly with great service and the meals always yummy!!

Food was very good and came out at a good pace. The lady at the desk was pivotal to our pleasant experience.

Very slow service. Drinks took 30 mins to arrive and food an hour.

The food was average at best and overpriced.

Would not recommend.

Great restaurant and great food - highly recommended!

Upon arriving, two waitresses walked passed us with no acknowledgment.
Found our way through to the bar. Very unprofessional welcome.
Sat down at our table and explained the menu, things were looking up, but then this was the last we saw of this waitress. Sat for 10 minutes with no communication, no offer of drinks or food. Had to walk back to the bar to ask for service where three staff were just standing talking, didn't get a smile or apology that we had been left waiting.

The food was fantastic, but being a hospitality professional myself, the service was shocking and I would not return. You were not busy, this was appalling.

The food served is fresh, flavoursome and innovative- and the varying choices make it easy to scale a meal to suit the appetite and the budget. From previous experience the alcohol choices are really good, but this was a workday lunch and so the mocktails deserve a special mention - not at all too sweet or lurid!

First time at Brookfield complex: great variety and use of space

The food and drinks were amazing, I will be definitely going back to try more.

I went to have lunch with a business colleague so we were on a time limit . I was one of the first customers in the restaurant and when my colleague came we had to wait to be served.. We ordered the express lunch which consisted of a main and a dessert. The lunch took so long that we didn't end up having the dessert!!The table next to us who arrived after me was served entree and main before we even got our main.. Really disappointing and then was made to feel like I was an imposition. Not great

Lovely food in comfortable setting, good ambience.

Food was good. Service speed was terrible. Waitress made a mistake with order and it wasn’t put through. She did apologise and offer us discounts but the night was already spoilt.

Excellent food. We’ll be back. Only downside was a little echoey with the business crowd in for lunch.

Our assigned waiter was outstanding. Took the time to explain each dish. The food tasted amazing.

It would have been better if the waitresses had have been more attentive to our table for ordering drinks. Ambience is lacking but it was still nice enough.

we were one of three tables there that night, and they sat us all next to each other.
we asked to be moved as the table next to us were a bit rowdy.

I had made a booking for Tuesday the 29th December and on arrival discovered that it was closed. Very disappointed that it was closed especially when I received an email the day before to confirm my booking.
May I ask if it was always to be closed for this period and if so how can you book when the venue is closed?

The staff were a bit unfriendly which was very different to when I visited the restaurant last time.

Food and service was fantastic. All the staff were so knowledgeable about the food and drinks. It made it a very pleasurable evening.

We will definitely be going back. This time with friends.

Tried to change booking number of people week in advance, via email, online service, never heard back from you, a simple phone call would’ve been much easier, this was not an option, anywhere? Why not? Ended up messy and disorganised, with random table, just trying to be courteous....lack of options to change reservation via a quick call not helpful. Love food and service @ Apple Daily, loyal customer. Cocktails @ Bob’s not that great for price.

Some fantastic dishes, full of flavour and very well presented. A very noisy environment, but apart from that a lovely night out.

The service was just non-existent. The food was not correctly portioned for sharing. We will not be returning.

Great food. Tables a bit close together for our liking. A hidden gem.

So glad went there. We had a booth 6 people was really good. Wished we had noticed the curtains to draw across but not to last minute. Our favs the braised beef. Drunken noodles and barramundi wings. Service def needs attention with some happy staff would be good. They forgot our rice but we were too busy enjoying other food to notice.

Overall the experience was very good. The experience was tainted on this occasion as there was an issue with the promptness of service for drinks and food due to the service staff being complete;y ran off their feet. The restaurant was full and required more staff to service the patrons. The staff were very good - just not enough of them!
Furthermore, the ambiance was ruined by a live band playing downstairs in the Print Hall. It was too loud for those in the restaurant to converse fully.

Great place fantastic food need to go back after Christmas

A very enjoyable dining experience. Would happily return and try some of the other dishes. Between 2 people we shared 3 of the smaller shares and 1 of the larger dishes which was more than enough. The scallops are a must have. Superb. It was a very busy Saturday night and possibly for some people would be a little noisy. Staff were attentive.

Drink service was way too long - I am very understanding of slow food when busy but its important to get drinks to your guest's quickly - this was lacking and needed asking on numerous occasions

As usual, the food and service was excellent. Our only conmplaint is the live music coming from the bar area below - far too loud, poor cover band playing rubbish old songs and murdering them all. Ultimately, it was too loud and spoiled the enjoyment of our long-looked-forward-to meal as we couldn't get away fast enough. Next time, we will ask if there is live music and avoid if there is.

I booked a table here to start off the celebrations for birthday. I have not been here in years and was pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious and it was great to be near the Friday after work buzz, but still be able to have a conversation. We did have to go and find wait staff a few times to keep our drinks filled - otherwise it was great!

Great food as usual, we had the Chef’s choice and they looked after those who had allergies. Heavy on the meat choices and would have preferred some of the lighter dishes, but superb flavours as always. Not much ambience stuck on other side in the quiet.
