Anthera at the Cliffrose Lodge in Springdale is located less than a quarter mile from the entrance of Zion National Park. Anthera is a Social plate experience offering regional new american cuisine with an emphasis on south western united states as well as south eastern asian Inspired Cuisine.

In addition to facilitating daily dining for guests we do also have the possibility of doing on site catering. Please inquire if interested!

Die Auswahl für die etwas gehobenere Küche ist klein. Hier passte alles. Freundlicher Service und gute Gerichte. War genau richtig am Abend nach einer Wanderung (Terrasse mit Blick in die Berge).

Great food and great service. The corn fritters are a must get and the chicken tostada is one of the best dishes I have had in a long time. Tiramisu was not very coffee forward.

We ordered mahi mahi, corn fritters and crab wontons plus beer and margarita. Food tasted good. Margarita was $15 and small. The dining area was hot... sun shining in on my back... had to take drinks and finish them at bar out of sun. The total bill was over $100(we shared the mahi and 2 sides). Have had much better experiences for the price. Definitely not the top place to dine in Springdale.

My husband and I were there for lunch. The site was so nice, the food delicious and the staff very kind. Can’t wait to try the restaurant at dinner time. We will certainly come back.

Must give some credit for the menu creativity but the problem here is execution. Loved the unusual offerings but the dishes aren't explained and are grouped in ways that don't really tell you if they are mains or sides. The staff is pretty much clueless and unengaged. Overheard one customer ask if a dish was good to be told by the server that the portion was small. The noodle/lump crab dish had zero crab to be found. Steak was good quality but presented sliced and plated looked like someone had lost something on the plate and rummaged through the meat to find it. Red wine was chilled-- really chilled. Best thing about the restaurant was a live loop guitarist who was phenomenally good. But food and especially the service we're lacking.

Food and coctails were fantastic. The sharable plates are a fun way to have conversations around the food.

This is a nice, small restaurant and the waitstaff were very friendly. The food however took over an hour to come out and only one item came out as ordered. One member of our party had a dairy intolerance and request that the sauce and cheese be excluded. The waiter understood this but the kitchen did not follow directions. The entree was sent back and a new one promised but after another 30 minutes (and everyone else in the party having finished their meal), we requested the order be cancelled and left the restaurant. I would be weary of this location if you have food allergies or intolerances or if you are interested in dining in a reasonable time period.

The kitchen dropped our ticket and it took over an hour to get one of our main dishes. Four in our party had completely finished before the entree arrived. It was excellent food, and our waiter was amazing, which saved the day, but the kitchen didn’t time our plates well at all.
