Ubicado a 15 minutos del puerto de Ensenada en Baja California, el Valle de Guadalupe es la región vitivinícola más importante de México. Con más de 100 vinícolas produciendo vinos de clase mundial, “El Valle” está en el radar de los viajeros.
Productores de quesos, aceite de oliva, granjas, huertos, enólogos, cerveza artesanal y las bondades del mar de Baja California, no hay duda que la Baja es el sueño hecho realidad de un chef.

La propuesta del chef es magnifica, delicioso todo y en especifico el tallarín de langosta.
La atención del personal es perfecta, el lugar es muy tranquilo para pasar una tarde con tu pareja, familia o amigos.

Un lugar muy bonito dentro de lo sencillo , campirano, romántico ,la comida deliciosa de 10👌🏻 los 6 tiempos nos encantaron en combinación del maridaje, sugeridos por Gaby , los meseros muy atentos y amables , comida exquisita , felicidades al Chef y su equipo . Muy recomendable !

I had a magical birthday dinner thanks to the entire staff of the restutant. They had copal burning, which gave the evening such a distinct sent. This was my second visit and it did not disappoint.

Tables are set under a 200 year old tree which makes the experience outstanding right of the bat, the food was unbelievable. Great wine selection

Food was good, but had been better previously. Service was excellent and ambiance is also very good. Believe it is too pricy for what is offered.
It was an exceptional experience. The food was great. Every bite had a special flavor and it was paired with wine. I took my mother and sister and they loved it. The service ambiance was outstanding!

Once again, Animalon was over the top! Such fresh, creative cuisine paired beautifully with local wines from the Valle de Guadalupe. Service was perfect - friendly, efficient and fun. Ambiance is the best in wine country - subtle lights amidst the majestic oak tree. Super quiet, except for the music. A touch too loud.
I did feel sad for the servers, however. Wearing one mask should suffice, but two is too much. They need to breathe, too :)

Muy buen lugar, muy buen servicio lo único que no tenían pato en lugar de ello lo cambiaron por pollo.
Waiters are very fun and chatty which played a role into our four course meal being finished an hour later. Overall good experience
Una experiencia sin igual. Recomiendo que programan su llegada alrededor del puesto del sol para disfrutar es hora mágico con el sol rayando a travez del las Ramos del roble.

Estuvimos de visita en valle de Guadalupe y nos recomendaron mucho este restaurante. Decidimos ir, y fue una muy grata experiencia, escogimos la cena de 6 tiempos con maridaje y no hubo un platillo que no nos encantara. Mis hijas adolescentes también lo disfrutaron mucho, sobre todo el postre. Todo excelente, atención, servicio, comida, vino. Sin duda, un lugar que vale la pena visitar.
Bottle of mediocre wine - $100. Only present menu options. Expensive. For example 6 pieces (mini!) set: 1st - Chicken, 2nd - fish, 3rd - shrimp, 4th - lamb, 5th - vegie. 6th - desert. No idea why this was mixed together! Nothing fancy... $70. Very nice setting, good service
Fantastic from start to finish.
One of the most unique dinning experiences there is! The ambiance, food and waiter were all amazing and it is a must stop if you come to the Valle.
Bucket list venue
Chef Oscar Torres is nothing short of spectacular with Animalón. With all due respect to Javier Plasencia, this guy is the alumni becoming the professor. Food is superb, service top notch and the location below an oak tree is simply outstanding.
