Wonderful experience. Service by Savannah was top-notch. Let them explain the menu, listen to the recommendations, order a dish from each column, get a top-shelf cocktail. It was fun, delicious and the best date my husband and I have been on in months. Highly recommend!

My wife and I went to Alara to celebrate our 9th anniversary. We started with the Heart of Palm Cakes (H.O.P.). These cakes were a take on a crabcake. They had so much texture and flavor, combining the subtle, earthy tones of palm with a crispy exterior that exploded with each bite. The Watermelon Salad was a refreshing break before the main course. The juicy cubes of watermelon and strawberry mingling with delicate greens, offering a crisp and sweet combination that cleansed the palate. The Chilean Sea Bass was the star of the show, its flaky tenderness perfectly complemented the bold umami flavors of the yuzu tamari sauce. The baby bok choy, red pepper, and baby shiitake mushrooms added flavors, colors and textures, creating a blend that was both visually and gastronomically pleasing. The chef really showed their skill in creating such a complex tasting yet simple dish that let the ingredients shine through. The Creamsicle Cloud dessert brought back childhood memories, but with a sophisticated twist. The passionfruit curd was tart and tantalizing, and played off the creamy sweetness of the orange and vanilla mousse. It was a dessert that managed to be both comforting and exotic, and made you want another bite after it was all done. It brought back fond childhood memories of getting a creamsicle from the icecream truck. The dining experience was further enhanced by the exceptional service. Our server acted as a tour guide who provided insights into the details of each dish. Her knowledge was impressive, elevating the meal from simply dining to a full-fledged experience. Her recommendations were spot-on, her timing impeccable, and her passion for the cuisine infectious. She was not merely serving food, but sharing an experience, one that was as memorable as the dishes themselves. In conclusion, the restaurant didn't just serve food; it created an experience that was as much about the journey as the destination. Thank you for a wonderful time on our anniversary.

Service takes forever - our waiter was great but we finally had to tell him we had somewhere to be at 8:30 I would suggest asking if people to do be anywhere like they do at Losanti

Everything was great! The place is beautiful and I love that they have an option kitchen concept. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive. We loved EVERYTHING we had!
