Al Pairo at Solaz, a Luxury Collection Resort
The hostess was lovely, and our server was wonderful. We enjoyed the ambience with the live music. As for our food selections, the starters (scallops and wagyu beef) and entrees (pumpkin ravioli and suckling pig) were just ok. We both were expecting a bit more given the reviews that we had read prior to our visit. We both enjoyed the mezcal cheesecake and chocolate tamale dessert, along with glasses of champagne.
The restaurant is open-air and looks out to the Sea of Cortez. It is a medium size restaurant with a connecting bar and feels spacious. The ambiance was very relaxing and inviting. The wait-staff was attentive and friendly, the manager came over to introduce himself and ask for suggestions. The food was timely and in a very lovely presentation. We will definitely go back.
Music entertainment was superb
Amazing food and ambiance at the top of the hotel. Magical part of a great stay at the hotel.
Wonderful preparation of fish. All dinner choices were exceptional! Service was very attentive. Wine recommendation was also excellent!
