   Great ambiance. Terrible parking availability. Decent food. Limited menu options. HORRIBLY SLOW food preparation and delivery ... Think I had 4 drink refills while we waited.

   I have been enjoying brunch at The adobe for twenty plus years. I had not been to the New Adobe, yet. Sunday a friend of mine suggested we try it on Sunday. The building is handsome in the Wright genre. The view imposing. That is the good news. The acoustics are deplorable! Outside and inside. My omelette was runny. The service was inattentive. Very sad and disappointing.

   This is my 3rd time here. The first time and this time, sadly were similar. The kitchen was very behind. Lattes took 20 minutes and food took over an hour. The day was beautiful and the view from this restaurant is amazing. The interior is also beautiful. I just wish they could get their staff running well. The 2nd time, everything was great, which leads me to believe they had a large turnover and/or were/are short staffed. It was most difficult today, because we had young kids with us. Instead of touching base with us, our server made herself impossible to find. We had to ask others to have her come by our table for an update. Another person ended up bringing crayons and activities for the kids after our food hadn't come out. I'll try again in a few months in hopes they have things back under control. It's disappointing, as I really enjoy the food and venue.

   We sat at the bar. Wonderful waitress and the garage doors were open and the view is gorgeous it flows right out onto a green space with tables and couches and fire pits. I’m sure the nights are just as wonderful. . Food was yummy and it was very modern and clean. A great vibe!

   The Biltmore Adobe is a terrific place to have a delicious dinner in a casually elegant environment. Terrific service at breakfast, lunch or dinner.

    We went to the Orin swift wine dinner. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Every bite of food was outstanding. We loved the intimate setting, the time we spent with the chef, the wine, the entire staff and we can’t believe how exquisite the food was. We can’t wait for the next event!
