wine is exorbitantly priced
worth a visit- perhaps for lunch
like being in a tropical forest
What an amazing restaurant. One of our favorites in San Jose/Cabo. The head chef Kevin is very personable and recommend some dishes that were amazing. The setting of the restaurant is one of a kind. We will be back often when we come into town.
This is a beautiful venue in an oasis setting in a valley over the coastal hills. It is an outdoor restaurant that is very popular and fills up quickly. The only issue we have is when the live music starts, it is too loud. It makes it hard to have a dinner conversation.
Really enjoyed it! Nice special dinner. Expensive but very lovely.
The Kale salad with Chicken is to die for!! This is a must see place when visiting Cabo!!!
Oasis in the middle of nowhere is a must on the Cabo dining scene. It stacks against Casianos, Flora Farms, Edith’s, and everyone else. Take a car service.
Our second visit to acre. Love the farm to table experience and the fun, interesting and delicious food options. Something for everyone. The setting is beautiful. Lush. Tropical. Fire pits. Envelopes you in serenity with a great vibe Enhanced by live music. Staff is great. Love the assistant waiter Rauol.
wine was pricey
Everything was spectacular as always. Service was attentive and food was excellent. And the entire place stunningly beautiful. Come early and do a mescal tasting.
We had a great evening at Acre. The wait staff was excellent. Our waiter, Hector, was very helpful in guiding our wine and food choices. The restaurant was an unexpected gem.
The team and the service was superb. Great energy with in a beautiful setting.
It was an amazing experience. The food was excellent. We are from NY and felt the food was just as excellent as some of our top restaurants. Please open one in MY.
We will be back. our server Raul Seruin, was very pleasant and had excellent customer service. His knowledge of the dishes and wine helped with our selections.
Reviewing Acre is with very mixed emotion, for it is, for us... dining here for both a special dinner and breakfast... one of those places which one would hope to keep secret as THE very special place. Food, Service, and Setting are all quite special. In a region blessed with very good restaurants, Acre is, in our view, the cream of the crop. It takes special effort to get here, and the "timid of rough roads" or those who must remain in an urban setting to be seen and dressed to the nines would likely find Acre not suited to their liking. But for us, it is a pure delight and ranks among the best dining expee=riences of our gastronomic lives.
Acre is a more recent addition to Cabo's farm-to-table organic restaurant offerings, and they have taken it to the next level. The setting is a sophisticated oasis that offers an great menu of interesting options. The brussel sprouts appetizer and smoked tomato soup were exceptional. The fish special with squash blossoms was nicely prepared and tres leches cake simply delicious. We will return, and may stay in one on the tree houses next time. Well done, Acre!
We ordered pastas and burgers for a casual Sunday night dinner and both were inedible. Raw meat and greasy. Wait staff either hovered or disappeared. We had to take our check to the hostess to pay. A lovely setting but the most disappointing meal we’ve had here.
Loved everything about this place....great service, excellent food, amazing service....worth the drive....beaitiful ambience
Excellent food and service and definitely a unique dining experience. Highly recommend a stop at Acre.
This restaurant exceeded our expectations. Just beyond Flora Farm and of the similar type. Fresh ingredients, farm to table, etc. great service, friendly wait staff. Husband. had the grill cheese and tomato soup. It's was smokey and delicious. I had a large hamburger with lots of toppings. Great. The entrance to the place is a tropical paradise with tree houses that you can rent for the night (I'm more of the JW type but to each their own). LOL. If you're in San Jose, check this place out.
The menu was exciting and contained many options for those with food tolerances. Execution of those items was disappointing, as most of them were bland. Presentation was interesting. Service was excellent...
Acre is located a bit far from town, but it is absolutely worth the drive. Food and service were really good, but the place itself is like an oasis in the middle of the desert. They did an amazing job with all the decor. The idea is original and fun. Just loved it!
