Great atmosphere and good food. The host would not seat us at another table even though the restaurant was only 30% full. Will still go back, but did not like the way we were treated.
Kids were visiting from the U.S.
¡Super hermoso, y la comida bien delicioso! Me encanto las beets on beets. Tienien buen opiciones de comida.
Great food and drinks, everything is super fresh, GOOD service! The place is a must-an oasis in the middle of the dessert . It’s like nothing you have seen in Cabo, definitely cool & different. I Absolutely recommend this place. My favorite restaurant in San José (I’m local by the way)
What a dining experience. From being greeted warmly to getting our first drink order and all the way to getting the bill, it was the best I’ve ever had. Food is a bit on the expensive side for México but so worth it. once you dine there, you’ll be amazed and will see why. Highly recommend if you are in Cabo
Fantastic drinks and food! Can’t wait to come back!
This continues to be our favorite restaurant in Cabo. The most beautiful setting, exquisite and creative food, great bar. Shout out to Chef Kevin. Wonderful as always. Thanks for the personal attention!
Food and service was outstanding. Fried green tomatoes, shrimp ceviche were excellent recommendations. Loved touring the treehouses!
One of our favorite spots in San Jose del Cabo! Never disappoints, get the Smoked herb mezcal nagroni, and the red snapper, the shishito peppers are an excellent start to any meal.
This was my fourth time dining here. The service was bar none over the top fantastic. There was a wedding going on with a live band and you couldn’t even hear it. We shared a big bird cocktail that was not sweet and not too tart. We ordered the onion ri da that were so light and tasty. The sweet potato fries were purple like a sweet potato should be another delicious side. I enjoyed the the lobster agnolotti . We shared a garden greek salad and each of us had a different entree (fish tataki, chicken, burger) we had the tres Lethe cake for dessert which I am a connoisseurs and this was the best I have ever experienced
Place to die for, incredible ambiance and service, Mezcal tasting is phenomenal as there expertise, food good, very expensive
Acre is absolutely beautiful. This was the third time we have been there and each time it has been fabulous. The setting is absolutely magnificent and the food is fantastic.
This place was so cool - didn’t know what to expect !
Walk up and the place was amazing - from the landscaping
Guy playing guitar - tasting mezcal - walked around the pool and saw the animals and party patio - what a cool place !
Food was awesome
Everything was great
Chocolate cake !
It was a very relaxing dinner
Staff was awesome !!!
Next time in Cabo we will be back
Amazing food, vibe and aesthetic — 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting Cabo!!!
Our grandson's wedding reception was held here. The venue was outstanding, the food was wonderful and the service impeccable. It was truly a one of a kind experience.
Very good see you soon
Great experience. The portions are on the larger size for the most part which won’t leave you hungry. Very attentive staff from the front of the house to the bartenders, bar service, waiters, food expediters, etc. The restaurant becomes more lively as the night goes on. Recommend getting there a bit early to walk the grounds. The staff are very knowledgeable about both the food and drinks so don’t be shy of asking questions.
Our dinner experience at Acre was excellent. The environment was magical. The drinks were quite creative. The food was prepared perfectly using fresh ingredients. We plan on making this an annual dining stop during our vacations in Los Cabos.
Another great evening at Acre! We tried the special of the evening; fried fish with Korean sauce and air-baked bread; it was spectacular! We also had beets on beets, cheddar biscuits, another fish, and a dessert trio. Everything was delicious, and our waiters Carlos and Edgar very polite and knowledgeable. Sommelier Hector recommended a very nice maracuya based cocktail for me, and a wine for my husband. All in all a fabulous evening, can't wait to visit again!
A very beautiful and unique setting. Good food and service. Would highly recommend.
Fantastic place to spend some time, food was amazing, great selection of wines and drink options.
We’ve eaten at Acre three times and the first two were very good. This time we were unfortunately a little disappointed. Maybe it’s just getting too popular too quickly. Starters (beet soup & lobster bisque) were very good. Excellent flavor & nicely presented. The main courses(tuna tataki & squid ink linguine) were good but not exceptional. Both are definitely overpriced for what you get. When I go to a restaurant, particularly a high-end one with a price point on par with Acre, I expect to get food that I wouldn’t be able to cook myself. With both those dishes, I’m pretty confident I could have done just as well myself.
Amazing creative cuisine using locally sourced ingredients. Our dinner was delicious. Friendly and helpful staff! Also a great spot for brunch/lunch in a beautiful palm tree setting.
Beautiful setting. Love the farm to table concept. It was a special occasion and they brought 2 complimentary desserts which was very nice BUT Ridiculously high priced wine and very small pours. My husband had 2 glasses of wine - $17 a glass! It would be different if it was a decent pour but a scant 3-4 oz is absurd! Food was good but not great and overpriced also. Too bad because it is a beautiful place and we’ve been to Flora’s also and it is exceptional all the way around.
Great vibe! Acre seemed very modern with good music and craft cocktails. The property is gorgeous and a must visit if staying in San Jose.
Como siempre una experiencia espectacular!
Delicious food and wonderful people. Love this place
The cocktails weren't up to our heightened expectations but the food was all excellent.
We found Acre by googling "vegan restaurant San Jose del Cabo." The website, and the actual property, are very sexy. The style is fun and very hip. We aren't dedicated vegans, but like to avoid meat and dairy where possible. Turns out we each ordered fish. The vegan menu seemed a bit contrived, as if they were complying to a trend. We were put off by the pretentiousness of the place, and the suggestion of a "very good wine", that, of course, was THE most expensive on the list. 4900 pesos - $300 USD-ish. We know wine, and love tasting new and local things, but seriously the most expensive wine on the list? That is just an insult thinking we're uber-wealthy suckers. We ordered two soups, a dish of brussels sprouts, two mains, and a bottle of moderately priced wine (still, $75 USD). Turns out our pretentious experience cost $250 USD in the end, and that just seems over the top, even if the food and wine were good, and the setting was trendy and beautiful.
Fantastic finish at the end of a long dusty road. So worth the drive. Beautiful food, lively people, great energy and a fabulous decor. And the most adorable Burrito baby donkey. Food is exceptional. A riot of flavor. Must try the Brussels sprouts. Amazing.
Amazing! Just Amazing!
The service was below standards. The waiter rarely return to our table to see how things were going. The fish of the day was presented poorly and was devoid of any flavor.
Wow, what an amazing evening of fabulous food and excellent service. A group of 5 women ordered off the menu and we loved everything we ordered. The scallop ceviche was outstanding as well as the fried green tomatoes. The main dish most of us had was the fried catch of the day. It was crispy and good but a little too salty. I had the tuna and it was wonderful. This is a perfect venue for any special occasion as well as a nice splurge just because.
Wonderful birthday dinner for wife and son. Right from the start with the host greeting through to the dessert at the end of the evening, we had an excellent experience. Nice to have a vegan/vegetarian menu to choose from. Their choices were great and not an afterthought. My daughter who is vegan considered it in the top 3 experiences we’ve had anywhere we’ve travelled.
One of the most wonderful dining experiences I have ever had over 40 years of dining around the world. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and a delight to converse with. The setting is enchanting and authentic. The food was inventive, superbly prepared, and delicious. I had the fried fish selection. My wife choose the catch of the day halibut entree and loved it. A special shout out for the beet gazpacho with yogurt. I loved it. I would highly recommend you make the effort and drive out to this terrific restaurant!!!!
A must visit. Delicious and worth the money. Went for the food and did not expect such great music and ambiance.
It is truly a destination restaurant!
What a beautiful place. The food was amazing, ambience was fantastic. Was definitely off the beaten path hidden in the trees. Worth the drive. The food a little pricey and wine way overpriced, but for a special occasion well worth it. We will definitely be back.
Great restaurant in beautiful natural setting. Very exotic. Good food and service.
