   Our server was exceptional! Sadly I don’t remember their name but it was the highest level service we ever had

   What a great experience. The food, the cocktails, the service, top notch.. the scallop credo is so refreshing, the mushrooms crochetts , amazing. Great evening, will be returning for sure

   My bestie and I decided to try something new, and it was not a great experience. Right when you walk in, it smells like an outhouse. We were ordering the mushroom croquettes - and the person who was taking our order thought it was appropriate to correct me trying to say pronounce it. The presentation of the food was lovely, but the taste did not match how it looked. The best thing about Victorias Full Breakfast was the salad - everything else was quite bland, and the hashbrown was quite overseasoned with Old Bay. (I didn't mention it to the wait staff as I didn't eat the hashbrown until the end of the meal.)

   You know when there’s a place that’s MADE your night without even trying…… and it’s not even on your radar… but the service, the staff, the food, the drinks, just everything… goes above and beyond? And it makes your day without even realizing that it made your day? And it happens every time you go there? That’s pigeon hole. 100/10. Thank you for making magic. Every. Single. Time.

   What an incredible dinner, our first time of many! Raspberry Point Oysters were so fresh from PEI, salt of the ocean with minerality and smooth and full mouth texture. Caviar and champagne, the caviar was balanced with its natural brine flavours and some smokiness to it. We recommend eating it the kings way on your wrist— fill your anatomical snuffbox with caviar and pair it with champagne in a wine glass for a beautiful nose. Then there was the crab toast with nice gingery lemongrass flavours, deadly delicious hollandaise cream foam sauce, and pasta that reminded us of being in Italy. The sourdough crusted half chicken schnitzel was a hit— all the meat was incredibly juicy and flavourful. A great chill dinner for any. The best place to eat is at the bar. Taylor was amazing and everyone in the team from front to kitchen looked like they were having fun on a Thursday night. We will be back!
