Talula’s Garden was an excellent choice for our party to enjoy a delicious dinner outside. The menu wasn’t extensive but all of our choices were excellent. It was fresh and delicious. The wait staff was courteous and attentive. I would recommend Talula’s Garden to anyone dining in philadelphia More

My husband and I had a 5:45 reservation and were seated immediately. I wanted a virgin Bloody Mary but for some reason they don’t serve them. Our server said he would fix me something I might like and if I didn’t, no charge. He came back with a delicious drink. I have no idea what Was in it, but it was great! We shared an heirloom tomato appetizer. It was great, so fresh and a little different. I ordered their roasted chicken which was maybe the best chicken I’ve ever had. So tender and moist! Crispy skin. My husband had the halibut which was incredible… Of course I had to taste it! We also ordered a side dish of collard greens with a poached egg on top in a broth. It was served with some toasted bread to dip. Very unique dish with an interesting flavor. We ordered dessert which was a chocolate Blondie with some ice cream on the side. It was good but nothing special. Ambience was fine but probably a little loud. Service was great. Definitely will return. Parking can be difficult in that area, but we were lucky and found something on Delancy. More

Great food. Our table for 4 was a bit too small and air conditioning was freezing. However, Server was great and somehow they seemed overrun on a Tuesday evening. Overall great but needs a few tweaks. Prime rib was amazing. More

Discover Philadelphia
No longer just NYC’s 8th borough, Philadelphia is a well-kept secret, especially when it comes to food. Sure, you can still get a cheesesteak or its lesser-known, debatably better cousin—the roast pork sandwich—but the restaurant scene has taken off in recent years, with Israeli, vegetarian, and Spanish food in the mix. The provolone-lined cheese shops of eras gone by exist in bigger, better versions and the large, welcoming brasseries that dot Rittenhouse Square make you feel like you’re in Paris. Reading Terminal Market pays homage to Lancaster County’s Pennsylvania Dutch fare, with a bounty of pretzels and apple butter, while local bakeries, baristas, and breweries set a high culinary bar for the City of Brotherly love.
