Perch LA calificaciones y reseñas
This was an amazing experience. My sister and I took my 2 daughters out for a special meal. Had an awesome table outside with a magnificent view for dinner. Live entertainment was around the corner outside so it was not too loud at all for us. Our server, Cole, was excellent. And, the food was scrumptious. We want to go back!
Dining at the Perch is always a vibrant experience. Our server Paul was exceptional and was really knowledgable regarding the food we ordered which made us very happy.
The hosts were also kind, charming and The Perch is just a special gem in The City of Angels!
Loved our visit to Perch! Spent the first hour on the rooftop bar enjoying the view, then was seated outdoors on the level below. The band was outstanding (soulful R&B), and the food, drinks and view were extraordinary. Great experience for celebrating a special occasion. Can't wait to go back!
We went here for my husband's birthday, and they were quick to offer greetings at both the check-in and at the table. We had asked for a special table for the occasion, and were thrilled to be seated in the open area facing the sunset. The view at sunset was wonderful, and the outdoor dining made for a very special experience. Our server was great.
They were very accommodating by letting us push back our reservation a little later so we could have more time to spend upstairs with the rest of my group that did not fit in our dinner reservation for 8. Once dinner rolled around we got seated at a nice corner by a fireplace and enjoyed a delicious meal. Definitely made for a perfect birthday dinner! They even had me blow out a candle :) nice touch!
This was my first time going to the perch,my boyfriend discovered it and we went for our anniversary. And wow this was the most beautiful restaurant I walked into. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous, calm, and relaxing. I would definitely go back again.
I made a reservation about a month in an advance for my anniversary with my boyfriend. The staff was very nice. Our plates never stayed on our small table for long. Our glasses were never more than half empty before being refilled with water. We got asked how we were doing by a lot of staff. They kindly provided us with free champagne for our celebration.
The food was some of the best I've had. Only down side was it never really arrived hot. Just warm. Already cooled down. As I expected, for the price, the portions were quite small. The brie is fantastic but no bigger than a cupcake. My Little Bunny Frou Frou was delicious but I got six raviolis for 25 bucks. Just kind of disappointed in the size of most of the meal.
I think the biggest disappointment for me was that we were seated inside, at a small, wobbly, oily table. Silverware kept being out of the bare table. The glass on the table was slick with... Grease or oil.
Not only were we placed at a small table inside, the entire interior was dimly lit. I wasn't able to take any good pictures of the dining experience. And this place was packed. I was barely audible to my boyfriend.
We weren't given an option of being placed outside. From the pictures, I only saw outside seating. And I asked if we could wander outside on the patio and was told yes, it would be fine. But the moment we found an empty spot to take pictures, we were ushered out away from the spot due to a private party, it seems. I got one blurry picture of us. There wasn't much walking space to walk around the perimeter for more pictures so we left.
I got great food and a nice celebration with someone I love very much.. For the price, I expected more a more intimate experience with the venue not packing us in like sardines. I wanted a better view and experience. I might come back, but not on a weekend.
Had a reservation for a Friday night at 7:45. We weren’t seated until close to 8:30 but we enjoyed our time waiting since the band was great. Unfortunately, we were seated in a relatively dull area away from the scene. Food was good but one entree was cold (steak frites) and was sent back and the replacement took enough time that everyone else was well into their meal-almost done. Good service except we were charged for a drink we never received. This is our 3rd visit to Perch and the only time we’ve experienced any troubles. We will likely be back anyhow.
For the price I thought the food could've been better. The short run although tender lacked flavor. The Brussels sprouts however were probably the best I have ever had. The drinks were over priced for the simplicity of them, I was expecting something more... the live band was a nice touch and the overall ambience was great. overall I think good place for after work happy hour or to take a date
Monday night was the first time visiting Perch LA. My friend and I had it on our bucket list for a long time now. I have to say that the scenery did not disappoint. It was amazing! We got a table with a great view. The service was great, music was lovely, drinks were good nothing too special though. What really upset me was the quality of the food. I ordered the Chicken Supreme plate and I only had a bite because the meat was undercooked! I literally had to take it out of my mouth, it was gross. I couldn't even cut it with my knife. If I would've known that the food was terrible here I would have just gone to the bar area for drinks. I definitely do not recommend Perch for dinner.
We were sat in a table that was pretty much in the doorway to the outside seating area. Every time one of the servers or food runners were bringing something out to a table they would have to go by our table and half the time my chair would get bumped which was very annoying. Besides that issue, the place was great with a beautiful view and all the food was delicious.
Smack dab in the heart of LA, on the elevated corner of 5th and Hill sits a very good roof-top restaurant and bar. It harkens back to LA in the 30's by its ambiance and decor. It is French in its cuisine; it is so LA in its location. You should experience it once, it's up to you if you come back.
Celebrating our 29th Anniversary we were treated to a glass of champagne, we followed with a couple of cocktails - delicious. The appetizer of baked brie was small but excellent, the salads were fresh and flavorful. The entres were were prepared with care and ample portions. The desserts were split - one very good (bread pudding) the other was eh... (pot de creme).
The service was generally on point, but here is a minor thing. The server (who was not the waiter) should know who is getting what. When throwing down serious money it's the small things that sets one apart from others. The price is a little high ($160+ for two with drinks and dessert) but to be expected for the location and reputation.
Glad we went; a very nice night to celebrate a milestone event. But probably won't go back. LA has too many good places now. On to year 30...
Views are spectacular, food was pretty good. Service not so great. Waitress was just okay, and not very attentive. The water/bus boy was downright rude. Also, the valet charged me $10 (evening price) when the reservation confirmation Perch sent said $7 before 4pm (we went for brunch); that was annoying. Overall, I'm glad I had the experience of eating somewhere with such a great view, but I won't go back.
Everything was perfect but On Open Table i wrote that I wanted a table outside near the glass but when i got there they wanted to seat us inside, i said no so we had to wait 20 mins for a table and we were put right in front of the door where people kept walking in and out of..
Booked this restaurant based on the rooftop views.
Wanted to have cocktails on the rooftop terrace but it was closed for a private party.
We sat on the outside porch area and once the sun went down, the canopy roof was opened which was lovely.
I expected the restaurant to be a bit more upscale but it was quite casual and very busy.
Food and service were very good.
I would recommend Perch.
