Absolutely perfect!! Could not have choosen a better place to stop for a Caesar salad (one of the best I’ve ever had) and a seafood combination special. Was nice having my Mom along to enjoy the meal with us. Great drink selections too.

I was greeted by Susannah on arrival with an incredibly gracious warm welcome. The views are beautiful and the sky during this time of year is especially lovely to watch with the kaleidoscope of colours! Both my starter and main were delicious!Susannah’s service was excellent and nothing was too big of an ask. I hadn’t been to Sophie’s in a few weeks a she made a point of genuinely welcoming me back and it’s service like this that one really appreciates. It means a lot. It is an excellent restaurant, as is its sister restaurant, The Barracks which is opposite. The food is good and the staff are, without fail, helpful, fun, on the ball and charming. Our favourite place to eat.
