Inspired by the soft light given off by the moon, the creators of Tsuki have designed its elaborately decorated and sophisticated dining room with dimmed, intimate lighting. Featuring primarily grilled foods, Tsuki places emphasis on the importance of hospitality and quality. Tsuki’s à la carte menu options include favorites like grilled rice balls with dried sardines and perilla, salmon and maitake mushroom donabe rice, sesame blancmange and chicken junwakei soup. In 1971, the original Hard Rock Cafe was established in London. Well known for its “Love All, Serve All” policy and “All Is One” mentality, this restaurant that stated pure soul was the appearance of the theme restaurant that carried out as a momentum of weakening class society of Europe.
