The service is exceptional and food was fabulous. The Caesar salad made table side was the best ever. I’ve been several times and while most everything is exceptional, my only disappointment was the Dover Sole. It was dry and since I order it whenever it’s on a menu, this is the first time I’ve ever not enjoyed it. I didn’t send it back since everything else was delicious but i probably should have at least mentioned it at the time. I highly recommend all of the other menu items ive tried. The oysters, shrimp and sushi were delicious and the sea bass was excellent as well. The amuse-boucle and after dinner chocolates were reminiscent of some of my favorite restaurants and a lovely touch. Roth’s is special and we will most definitely be back.

The staff and service were impeccable! It’s been a long, long time since we have had a host and server as kind and attentive as the staff were here!

My family & I came to flying horse to celebrate my sister’s graduation. Service was prompt even for our large size party of 10. Our waitress was professional, friendly, & super attentive to us to ensured exceptional service. The weather wasn't the most ideal due to the rain but the property is peaceful non the less with a gorgeous mountain view and aesthetically pleasing for anyone looking for a photo opp. We still took photos & they came out great! My family had a phenomenonal dining experience & I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to have a nice dinner, celebrate, date night, & even kids are welcome with their own special menu. We've really enjoyed this experience & will be back. Absolutely no complaints. Thank you Flying horse!

We love this spot, food, and the staff. The evening started very slow overall, but the awesome server who intervened and started helping us was awesome. We’d come back in an instant - beautiful spot, terrific atmosphere, excellent food, and friendly staff.
