Santoni was founded in 2007, but really came of age in 2014 when we were visited in a dream by Sant’Antonio Abate, the Patron Saint of pizza. He encouraged us to place our faith in pizza and create a restaurant that truly celebrated the art and joy of Italian cuisine.
And that is exactly what we did, expanding our eatery to three spectacular levels, including a rooftop bar, with views across the iconic Glenferrie Road.
