Owner and founder Dr. Andrew Weil has created a place where good food and a comfortable atmosphere greet diners of all kinds. Uchi translates to "house" and you'll find this restaurant literally in a converted house, which provides a comfortable dining experience. Wink's menu changes daily and you'll find a variety of options to satisfy any group of eaters. From meat-based entrees to a special pescatarian and vegetarian tasting menu, they have every appetite covered. Chefs and co-owners Mark Paul and Stewart Scruggs stand firmly behind the local farm and sustainability movement by offering only those produce items they can source from the nearby land. Their five- or seven-course vegetarian tasting menu offers an eclectic mix of options and the opportunity to pair the courses with fine wines as well for a complete meal.

Located in Downtown Austin, Caroline offers something for everyone. It's a coffeehouse, restaurant and bar all wrapped up in one popular location. While not strictly a vegetarian restaurant, it does offer some delicious options like the veggie breakfast taco options in the coffeehouse or some of their in-house made pastries. For dinner, sample the Quinoa Chili or the Wild Mushroom Bolognese.
