Lighthouse Grill & Pub presents innovative and creative Northwest cuisine for breakfast, brunch, lunch, happy hour and dinner served in an unmatched waterside location with panoramic views of Bellingham Bay and the islands. Our menus reflect a blend of old-world French and new age Northwest cuisine, and change seasonally to take full advantage of the abundant local, fresh food offerings. Our chefs work with local farmers and fishermen to obtain the freshest local seafood, vegetables, and meats that are seasonally available.

Events include: Daily Happy Hour in the Pub from 3-6 pm. Live music on weekend evenings including Sunday Jazz (dinner reservations required). Blues, Brews and BBQ every Thursday in July & August on waterfront Terrace Patio.

Private event spaces for groups available including our signature Wine Cellar, Compass Room & Admiral Garden Room.

    Dinner on the deck overlooking Bellingham Bay on a warm evening. Beautiful view, excellent service and delicious food. Our first visit and we will be back!

    My wife and I as well as another couple dined here last night for the first time in several years . The general setting with a spectacular bay and marina view remains the best al fresco view dining in Bellingham . Although the food menu is somewhat limited, the food was overall excellent with savory scampi with pasta and the delicious salmon over a Caesar salad with "real" and delicious dressing. The wine selection is very limited and I decided on a pint on tap of a great local brew. The prices were on the high side for Bellingham but with patio view the bay it was well worth it. I will be back soon.

    Our Server wasn't very attentive & seemed Confused often, told us she was busy. The younger waitresses we've had at the Bellwether before have always been very sharp & attentive. She also told us that the Restaurant didn't make enough money so wouldn't be offering events anymore. Seemed strangely Inappropriate. My Caesar Salad (which I've had there multiple times) did NOT have Caesar Dressing - it was strange, like an Oil Dressing. Pretty weird but difficult to get the Waitress's attention so I gave up on that. I was charged $14 EACH for a Spiked Lemonade. When I asked the Waitress why it was nearly double than it was previously she said they don't do happy hour on Sunday. I had just read the Menu on the Bellwether Website that day before I came to the Restaurant & it said YES - it DOES do Happy Hour on Sundays, Happy Hour Everyday. I was discouraged that for ONE PERSON my Meal Cost Over $70! Very Disappointed.

    We are on vacation celebrating our 50th and this restaurant did not disappoint! Excellent cuisine, beautifully prepared and presented and simply fabulous staff; relaxed, professional, friendly, and focused.

    Table by window with great view. Great server, attentive, and unhurried. Food was excellent. I had raw oysters, beet salad, and Dungeness crab cakes. The shredded philo bird nest, pistachio, date, lemon sorbet was out of this world delicious. Highly recommend.

    Always great ambience with the best view. Service is friendly and generally outstanding. Food is beautifully presented though do not always agree with how they flavor certain sauces. Sometimes bland when they should make a statement. However there is a varied menu for simpler choices. Always come away with a satisfying dining experience plus the subdued noise level allows comfortable conversation.

    We enjoyed an early dinner. Only one other couple were in the dining area where we were. Our waiter Matthew was pleasant and made us a delicious Mocktail himself. We were celebrating our 36th Anniversary. I had the Albacore tuna salad. It was so delicious! My husband really enjoyed the Prime rib dip. Definitely will go back again. Thank you Litehouse!

    the experience, employee's, wait staff were all amazing, very attentive to every need. The food was not the best, my prime rib was amazing and great. The Ceasar salad dressing was a bit too tangy, and my husband's Filet was cooked perfectly but the potatoes puree was not good at all and the demi glaze was not a favorite either. Over all we had a great time.
