Food was delicious and the staff was attentive. The duck was incredible. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

We love this place. Every time we’re in Bed-Sty, we make it a point to eat here. The food is crazy good, the owner is enchanting, and you’re getting a “Manhattan meal at a Brooklyn price”. Do yourself a favor - go once. You’ll be back.

This is one of our favorite places. The oysters were amazing. We ordered a dozen and had to go ahead and order an extra half dozen. Great champagne options at amazing prices! Mussels, fantastic! The fries were also perfect. Dip them in the broth. Delicious. The atmosphere is also great. Low lighting, great music. It was our Valentine Dinner but we went on Saturday. Perfect date night.

Great food great service. Kitchen was back up but they only had two chefs that night so there was a lot of sympathy from my table.

Love this place, I've gone 4 or 5 times and will again. Excellent menu, no Instagram/gimmick food, respectful and knowledgeable service.

I love moules frites, these are extra special. So delicious, I wanted to drink the broth up. The service was outstanding, and the bill was half of anything I would expect for two people dining with aps, entree, and wine.

Ive eaten here many times and its always great, but last night i was BLOWN AWAY. Everything from service, food, and wine selection was perfect. We opened with Andre Clouet champagne, which was drinking beautifully. The wine list at L'antagoniste is one of the city's best deals, and I paired it with the frisse salad, which had the most amazing dressing (cucumber sorbet!!! brilliant) and the decadent escargot dish with came with frogs legs and bone marrow. Then we moved on to a 2018 1er cru burg which was beyond perfect. We enjoyed the duck a la orange, which was modern and updated, the mashed potatoes was so good we took more home. The temp on the meat was perfection. Instead of oranges, they use picked grapefruit which is less sweet and oh-so-good! we also had the steak which was BIG, and perfectly cooked. I could not have been happier, and felt more satisfied. Thank you for a great evening!

The owner came to our table and brought us out champagne. He was extremely warm and personable. The oysters were fantastic, mussels great. Very cozy, warm atmosphere. Bring a date or group of friends. This place is a real hidden gem! We love it!

This was a nice, cozy place to eat. I cannot stress enough how amazing the cream of mushroom soup was. It was one of the best parts of my meal and, in general, one of my favorite soups I’ve ever had. I got the steak frites which cooked to perfection with a delicious sauce. I strongly recommend this place to eat if you’re in the area. It was a small-ish dining area, but comfortable for a fair sized group. There was someone celebrating their birthday there with around 10 or so people and they were seated pretty nicely.

My friend and I had an absolutely beautiful night on a Christmas night. Great service, delicious food with chic cozy atmosphere. We sat by the corner window and felt a cold draft throughout the dinner, so I recommend dressing up warm for dining in the winter season. Highly recommended.
