Food was very good and always is. We had a reservation, but still had to wait for 20 minutes to get a table. Wait staff was working very hard. Almost feel like Chop House has too many tables squeezed into each section.

Very good food and drinks, but a little pricey. I will not deny however the food was really really good. We had a pasta dish and 2 steaks cooked perfectly

The Meadowview Conf Ctr is always a pleasure to visit. Last night's dinner visit was no exception. The menu choice and taste were excellent. My only suggestion is for the staff to find a way to keep the food items warm. Two items that I selected, salmon and spaghetti with meatballs, were almost cold. Others were not exactly "piping hot". I know this can be a problem with buffets, but it's one that detracts from the overall experience.

I love the Wagyu flank steak salad, so tasty! My husband had the duck and said it’s one of the best duck entrees he has had. Their truffle fries are always amazing and the skillet corn bread melts on your mouth! Great night with friends in a elegant but not uppity environment. Love Gourmet!

The experience was like any other high-end restaurant, delectable food,amazing service, There wasn’t too much noise. I had a large party and went to accommodate everybody. Overall would recommend it to anybody who enjoys this type of food.
