Flesh & Buns, del equipo detrás del Bone Daddies, se encuentra dentro de la animada área de Seven Dials en Covent Garden. Inspirado en los bares gourmet japoneses conocidos como izakayas, que podrían describirse como un pub o un lugar informal para comer y beber, Flesh & Buns es el primer restaurante en Londres en especializarse en Gao Bao buns (bollos rellenos al vapor). El restaurante se encuentra por debajo del nivel de la calle y cuenta con interiores minimalistas que alientan que la cena sea una experiencia interactiva mediante un menú diseñado para compartir, una larga mesa comunitaria y cabinas. El menú de Flesh & Buns se divide en cinco secciones: crudos y aperitivos, platillos pequeños, arroz, flesh and buns (carne y bollos) y postres.

Located on High Holborn, close to the British Museum, the restaurant is elegantly designed and filled with original Indian art and antique furniture including century old items made for Maharajas which take diners on a journey through Indian culture and history. The menu reflects regional accents with a contemporary viewpoint. It is food that observes the established traditions of Indian cooking but breaks the rules a little by Executive Chef Sohan Bhandari. Our menu goes beyond a 1970’s “Curry”, beyond street food and into a world of real Indian flavours.
