Remington's is named after the legendary Frederic Remington, an artist who loved the early American West. He transferred that love into thousands of paintings and sketches. The walls of our restaurant and the Bridges' Clubhouse are adorned with prints of some of those great works.The Remington's menu is a work of art as well, carefully curated by Chef Janet Tooke and her team. The dishes are a collection of classics from slow-roasted prime rib to more modern creations like the Frederic's Flatbread and a stuffed pork chop that is both down home and uptown on one plate. Montrose, Colorado, has all four seasons, and you can see them allwhile dining at Remington's, the home of great casual dining with a view.
