Via Toscanella serves authentic Italian cuisine from the Tuscan region of Italy. The restaurant uses fresh ingredients and homemade pasta to deliver classic, traditional flavors in each dish. The spacious dining area at Via Toscanella features high cathedral-style ceilings, portico architecture and clean white d_cor. The restaurant�s atmosphere is elegant and modern.
The menus at Via Toscanella are created using seasonal, local produce, meat and fish. All pasta, bread, sauce and desserts are hand-made. The restaurant never uses chemical seasonings or ingredients. Guests can choose from a variety of set course meals for lunch and dinner.
Growing up in Florence, Angelo, the owner of Babbo Angelo, is no stranger to farming vegetables and animals like chickens, rabbits and sheep. His mother often cooked home-style Italian meals by utilizing the fresh ingredients and meats at hand, emphasizing the importance of family enjoying food together at the dining table. He has used these childhood experiences to create Babbo Angelo, an Italian restaurant that serves many of the recipes his mother has used over the years. The menu at Babbo Angelo features set menu options that include a salad, pizza or pasta, dessert and coffee or tea. Appetizer options include marinated seasonal vegetables that are colorful and packed with flavor.
Enjoy the Chez Matsuo passion in more relaxed surroundings. The food and service are exactly the same as in the main restaurant.

Mizuki, in Yokohama, is a Michelin star rated restaurant which served sophisticated kaiseki cuisine in a warm and relaxing setting. Kaiseki cuisine is a multi-course service wherein the chef creates each individual plate and lays it before you when it is all set. In this sense, Mizuki is an intimate eatery, ideal for when you have plenty of time and want an authentic Japanese meal crafted by a master chef.

Cibo is an Italian word for “food.” The menu makes maximum use of the true, honest flavor of excellent ingredients, including fresh seafood delivered every morning from the Odawara market; ingredients in season; and organic vegetables from contract farmers, carefully selected for quality based on repeated farm visits. The dishes are simple, made from delicious seasonal ingredients regardless of brand. Some 100 wines are available at reasonable prices. The staff put great effort into matching meals with the right wines and wines with the right dishes.
