Very nice atmosphere indoors and nice outdoor seating. All food was amazing.. had Ceasar salad and their homemade paparadelle pasta with mushrooms, truffle in a light cream sauce .. delicious! Rest of the table had lasagna, which they all loved . Focaccia bread on table a treat . Great wine selection. Couldn’t skip dessert , which did not disappoint.. crème brûlée ! Service great too !

One of the nicest, if not the best restaurants in Durango. The signature 1/2 chicken is outstanding. Attentive service, nice environment.

The mahogany grill was a very nice experience. We enjoyed salmon and a ribeye. We sat just next to the front door so passersby could see us. I wouldn’t recommend that table. Service was great and timely.

We had four entrees all had a unique ingredient for example the meat with mashed potatoes. The chef added homemade chips to the mashed potatoes. The added crunch takes away all the softness of the dish. The Prime rib and filet was prepared to perfection but the star of the evening was the chicken fried tomahawk pork chop. We had several cocktails but our favorites were the smoked old fashioned and peach old fashioned. The staff were very efficient, friendly, and knew their menu items and cocktail menu. If you only have one day in Durango Roost should be at the top of your list for dining option.

Great choices on the menu and did not dissapoint! Great service.
