Outstanding and delectable. Handmade fresh pasta and bread that has a soft, melt in your mouth texture. The flavor layers are amazing. The staff is friendly and unpretentious and from our first bite we were blown away. Very sophisticated flavors and dishes. Honestly there are plenty of restaurants in Bozeman that don't live up to the hype but truly, Est 1864 Noir Bar deserves more hype. They certainly blew away our expectations. Our mock tails were fantastic, not just syrupy carbonation but you can taste the layers of flavor. You must try, you won't regret it.

Really pretty views and I liked the decor and open kitchen. Staff was friendly and nice. Quick service. Food was thoughtful and excellent. Big portions.

We rarely eat out as we both like to cook and enjoy exploring new recipes. For our anniversary we like to try a different local eatery each year and this year's pick was Squire House. The reviews we read were strong and we were not disappointed in any way. The service was outstanding with lots of personal attention from our server, Molly, as well as the manager. We were encouraged to take as much time as we liked to enjoy the drinks, food and relaxing ambience. The drinks were original takes on classics, the french onion soup was clearly scratch made and ceasar salad was dressed just right. The Elk Bolognese and the short ribs were absolutely delicious! All at a reasonable price, unlike so many local restaurants in downtown Bozeman. We look forward to visiting Squire House again!!!

Bozeman has several wonderful places to dine, and the Copper Whiskey Bar & Grill is one of them! Nicely decorated, comfortable seating, efficient management and staff, and a very creative menu (and specials) that are large portions at reasonable prices. Sigh. So many good restaurants in Bozeman from which to choose, but please be sure to include Copper Whiskey Bar & Grill on your dining "To Do" list!
