This spot was a nice find. We had the Irish Tapas including the Buffalo Cauliflower and nachos chips. For the main course the braised sandwich and the fried chicken sandwich. Both were delicious. They had traditional Irish music playing live which added nicely to the atmosphere. It was a very cozy spot on a rainy and windy evening.

Delicious food. Great, friendly service. Our waitress was very good. Kevin was particularly good and a young male waiter who is a student was very good.

I was greeted by Susannah on arrival with an incredibly gracious warm welcome. The views are beautiful and the sky during this time of year is especially lovely to watch with the kaleidoscope of colours! Both my starter and main were delicious!Susannah’s service was excellent and nothing was too big of an ask. I hadn’t been to Sophie’s in a few weeks a she made a point of genuinely welcoming me back and it’s service like this that one really appreciates. It means a lot.
