We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at Firebirds , it was excellent!!! Ordered the filet mignon with blue cheese sauce & mushrooms. The steaks were so tender that you could Cut them with a fork. The Caesar salad was delicious- honestly it was one of the best I have ever had!

Always predictably excellent food and service. I can take any friend or client there and be assured of a wonderful experience. Nick is the best waiter in Chattanooga so ask for his section.

Not a formal dinner destination. I wanted something special. People in shorts and coveralls at the bar. So this is not that kind of place. BUT… Good bourbon selection. And prices reasonable. Dinner was fantastic. Didn’t do apps, but wonderful family-style salad. The bone-in ribeye was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Not used to such a thin cut, but taste was great and tender. Filet tasted great. Baked potato and street corn sides as expected. Dessert selections on. Sundae was as advertised: a sundae. Nothing special, and if you want a sundae go to Bruster’s. Old Fashioned crème brûlée was fair. Only thing that made it “Old Fashioned” (as in the drink) was some orange peel flavor to the topping. I would’ve preferred just the everyday crème brûlée. But that’s on me. Noise level average or better: was able to have a conversation with my wife without too much difficulty. Rare these days even at the nicest restaurants. Cost was reasonable for all. A definite “go again” type of place.

Great experience at Stir! Knowledgable server great food & service. Tuna bites & tuna bowl were yummy!

Our server, Daniela, was extremely personable and attended to our every need. The hostess, Phoenix, carried an anniversary card around to staff to have them sign it for our anniversary. The food was excellent and the ambience was pleasant minus one tiny detail. When I go to a nice restaurant with cloth tablecloths and a low-light room, I enjoy a candle in the middle of the table. Not a minus, just a suggestion. There was music, but it was muted which was a nice change. The food is expensive but very good. A great place to enjoy a special occasion.
