Our server was exceptional and took the time and patience to explain this very interesting concept in dining. After seeing this business mentioned on WINK News, I went to their website so I was prepared for the unique menu and our server made sure we understood cooking times on the sizzle stone. There are also classic plated entrées for those who prefer a traditional experience. It was a different, delightful and delicious dining experience. 

We both started with the roasted beet and goat cheese salads which were spectacular . Followed by NY strip bone in with Gorgonzola crust and Cabernet reduction perfectly medium rare. And a beautiful dry aged 14 oz NY strip perfectly medium rare. I personally do not remember having a more tender steak! Wonderful service by John the entire evening.

We took friends to have lunch at Coopers Hawk Ft Myers and it was wonderful. Good food and our server was great. Thank you for making this a great experience.

From start to finish absolutely incredible! Michelle our server, was absolutely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant. She along with the chef's and with the rest of the staff made celebrating my best friends birthday so much more incredible than it already was! The menu and food was top-notch! Ambience was fantastic! We definitely will be back! Thank you!

I’ve been several times, but today was a “girl’s lunch”. One in our group has never been and loved it. She ordered a salad with blackened mahi. I had the blackened grouper sandwich and our other friend had the grilled cheese with bacon. We all enjoyed our lunch! Can’t go wrong with Oxbow!!
