Ruthie's is one of our favorites for celebrating a special occasion. Many thanks to our fantastic server Evan for making our night celebrating our son's birthday very special and memorable! We are a food allergy family and also appreciated him ensuring everything on our table was safe for all of us to enjoy. We had a lovely table near the windows and also enjoyed a beautiful sunset. All of our dishes (crab cake, lobster bisque, Caesar salad, filet, sea bass, NY strip, chicken, steak frites and garlic mashed potatoes) were delicious and we enjoyed sampling from each other's plates! Very good food. Coconut shrimp was great. Wedge was good. Chicken entree was very tasty and nicely served. Service was friendly and efficient.

Had a nice steak dinner the night before running the Quad Cities Half Marathon. The filet was excellent, and they weren't kidding about the "large" baked potato that was cooked perfectly. The meal was a little pricey, but perfectly cooked and very tasty.

Despite ongoing Covid-19 service and employment issues in the overall restaurant industry across all states, the Staff at this establishment were on top of everything. Our server in particular was very accommodating (when we asked to move tables to one less chilly (as it was winter, and the window had quite a cold draft). She got all our orders correct, and served us in a very timely manner. The food was pretty good. Each person had something different, and ALL enjoyed their choices. Plenty of parking, and lots of seating. TV's were a bit loud, but it has a Sports Bar atmosphere, so that was expected. Overall, 2 of the 4 had never been there before, live in the area (30 mins away) and said they will make it their new "go-to" spot as there was such a nice, large, and surprising array of yummy food choices. Something for every taste bud.
