We do not accept orders for Afternoon Tea without prior notice. Dogs are welcome, so much so we now have a dog menu! (though we regret they cannot accompany their humans on tours). We serve the best Scottish food, wine, craft beers, ciders and of course our own Single Cask Single Malt Whisky made here on-site. Please as staff for details. Our experience of having lunch today was excellent. The service was friendly and well-informed, and the food was thoughtfully chosen, well-presented, and quite delicious. My eccentricity of having lactose intolerance was helpfully addressed, and we were all (five) very impressed by a fine meal served by cheerful and sensible staff. Well done, and many thanks.

We come once a year while on holiday in the area, always have the same now as best 3 things on the menu in my opinion, cheese souffle to start, confit of duck for main and chocolate fondant for desert. Only exception is if there is calves liver as a special, then my partner has that. Great service, nice atmosphere.

This is a beautifully appointed restaurant serving very good food . Even better they serve good coffee . The setting is lovely ,easy to find and plenty of parking space .
