Join us at 7,700 feet, mid-way up Bald Mountain, for a spectacular and unique dining experience. With unrivalled views of the Pioneer and Boulder Mountains and accessible only by gondola, the Roundhouse Restaurant has been serving up memorable meals, soul-warming drinks, and stunning views since 1939. Whether you are joining us for a relaxing lunch by the fire or our signature 4-course prix fixe dinner, Roundhouse offers the authentic charm of historic Sun Valley with a spectacular on-mountain dining experience. Reservations are recommended for lunch and required for dinner. Peak holiday dinner reservations from Dec. 20th-Jan. 4th require pre-payment and can be made by calling the Guest Center at (208) 622-2800. Dinner reservations include gondola access, while lunch reservations require the purchase of a lift ticket or foot traffic pass. Purchase day of at the ticket window or in advance by visiting www.sunvalley.com/tickets-passes.

CK’s our family owned business believes our business should be part of the solution and not part of the problem. We serve globally inspired food with an emphasis on seasonal and local ingredients. We recycle everything we can: metals, glass, paper and cardboard. Our used cooking oil goes to the local science teacher for his bio-fuel car. The vegetable scraps become compost for our garden. 15% of our energy is produced by our rooftop solar panels and solar hot water is on the way soon. Many of us commute to work on foot or by bike. Our food comes from several local farms and ranches and we purify our drinking water. Our goal is fresh healthy food that will feed your body and your soul.

Sun Valley’s original restaurant, The Ram has been warming and welcoming diners since 1937. This rustic-yet-elegant dinner house has been recently modernized, while still preserving its historic charm. Pianist Larry Harshbarger brings a classic ambiance to the room with gentle melodies played on our resident baby grand piano. Travel back in time with the nightly “Heritage Menu”—a series of historic dishes such as pork tenderloin schnitzel, Hungarian goulash, and the famous Ram fondue—resurrected from the restaurant’s long and storied culinary tradition. A credit card is required to hold your reservation. Should your plans change, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Last minute cancellations and no shows may be charged $25 per person.Holiday reservations are not available online, but can be made by calling our guest center at 208.622.2800.

Possibly Sun Valley's most popular lunch spot. The Sun Valley Club is open for guests and the public for both indoor and outdoor seating. Outside, our wraparound terrace features stunning views of Bald Mountain, Dollar Mountain, and the Trail Creek Golf Course, creating a one-of-a-kind al fresco dining experience in the summer. Inside, the restaurant and bar are surrounded by glass walls and river rock. A lively spot to watch golf or football on four large-screen TV's. Open daily from 11am to 3pm. Come and enjoy the view!

Originally built in 1937, this mountain-style log cabin-turned-restaurant sits right next to the rambling waters of Trail Creek, with a jaw-dropping view of Bald Mountain in the distance. Trail Creek Cabin is closed for the winter season and will re-open in December of 2024.     The food is always excellent and the service is consistently great! The duck and new salad with beets was exceptional. (not to mention visually beautiful) My husband had the trout and another new salad. He loved every bite! We always order the mushrooms which are so good. There is serious talent in that kitchen.The wine list is always really good too. I also like that the menu changes just enough to not grow tired of the same choices. Additionally Joel is always an exceptional host. We love Tundra and can’t wait to dine there again soon!

    Ambiance exceptional overlooking the Nordic trails in the winter. Attentive service and though a limited menu, choices were present to please my entire party. The complimentary warm chocolate chip cookie following the meal was a nice touch.
