Excellent steak! Among the best I've had. The sides are large enough to share with several people. Dinner for two with one drink each was about $250 including gratuity.

My husband and I were celebrating our 35th Wedding Anniversary. He wanted to take me somewhere considered upscale, but I wasn't impressed with the menu selection. I looked over the menu for The Green Flash and was impressed with their variety of choices. Utilizing the Open Table App I made reservations, including a request for a Bay view table if available, as well as a happy server. I am tired of having servers who act like customers are a bother or who really just don't like their jobs. We arrived and were greeted by the Hostess and another gentleman. Our table was ready and we were sat on time. The table had the perfect view of the Bayside area. Our waiters name was Andre and he was excellent!!! Extremely friendly and attentive. We started with a cocktail and appetizer of Baked Artichoke Hearts. Our main dishes were Tripple Tail Fish and the Fish of the day special ....both were excellent!!! Normally I do not get dessert, but I knew my husband was craving Key Lime Pie and so I ordered Taramasu. I intended to take mine to go but ended up eating the entire dessert. The gentleman from earlier ended up being the manager on duty. Mike was very kind and personable. He was actually having dinner with his wife and friends but took the time to interact with the customers. Stacey and I had a wonderful dining experience and will be back to see Andre and Mike in December during our regular Timeshare stay with our family and friends. I highly recommend requesting Andre for your server when you visit The Green Flash!

We are frequent diners at CH and members of the Wine Club. Our anniversary was on Labor Day this year. Many restaurants were closed but we were happy to learn that CH was open. We decided to go with friends for a late lunch and the happy hour menu. We had a reservation in the bar. We were seated promptly and given menus. The happy hour menu was not part of the group of menus we received. We sat for sometime before a server named Joseph came to the table. We asked about the menu and he informed us we couldn't have the menu until 3:00PM. It was 2:57. The server had an attitude when he first spoke to us. He gave us a hard time when we asked about tasting 2 of the sparkling wines. When he finally left to get the samples, my husband went to the hostess stand and retrieved 2 happy hour menus. Joseph finally returned with the samples, we tasted, we ordered. He disappeared for another 10 minutes. He never brought the bread. The people across from us were flagging him down for 15 minutes. He looked right at them and never approached their table. Finally, he returned to take our orders and that was the last time we saw him. Sometime passed and a manager brought the missing order for the table across from us. She dropped their food and immediately walked away. She never turned to us and asked if everything was OK or offered an explanation as to where Joseph had gone. After another 10 minutes, a server named Kristen came to our table and explained that our previous server would not be coming back, ever and that she would be handling our table and the table across from us. Things happen in restaurants every day. The food was excellent. Management dropped the ball BIG TIME yesterday. What should have been a nice celebration for us, turned into a mediocre, lack luster visit involving us in the staffing & personnel issues plaguing that store. It was a very disappointing afternoon.

Best part of the adventure was the sweet man who takes a picture of your group with dolphins swimming in the back. Rained for our trip till the very end and then the sunset peaked, so beautiful!! Very organized on paying and if you paid initially with a deposit either through resort or open table. Food was fair. Bring a sweater if you get chilly, second floor was a cold.

Excellent new spot on Sanibel. Great having a restaurant that takes reservations.
