We shared the marionberry chicken salad and the orange cauliflower. Salad was pretty good. Orange cauliflower was great, but a bit too sweet. Also had the chocolate lava cake for dessert. Also good, especially with vanilla ice cream.

The attic did not have an afagoto on the dessert menu. Our water accommodated us by bringing us a bowl of vanilla ice cream and an espresso that we mixed to create our afagoto.

Bread was dry. Halibut dry. Our server Brandon was excellent, however while he was talking to us, another server rudely walked between us. Also, for those who don’t like fish, more than two alternative main dishes should be offered. Yes, it’s a beach restaurant, but I know I wouldn’t bring a good friend there who doesn’t like fish. The breakfast menu was limited to one soft scrambled egg dish. Really? But I’m willing to give it another try. Ambiance was nice.

We sat outside with a great view of the ocean. Tables all had fire pits which provided some helpful warmth. The food was very good. I had the crab roll, lots of crab and crispy fries. Excellent service. Price was comparable for the area.

Dinner was beautiful. Could have used more seasonings except the mashed potatoes which had horseradish in them. I skipped over them, my husband loved them. He loves the horseradish. Cheesecake was a little bland, tasted mostly the graham crust. Waitress was very attentive. The very best thing was the olive bread with blasamic fig butter. Wow, I have never had anything like it but it was absolutely delicious!!!
