    We couldn’t have been happier with our meal! The smoked trout dip was the perfect starter. My Rouladen was tender and flavorful and rivaled my German mother-in-law’s. My husband’s Zweibelachnitzel was also superb. Our sides or spaetzle, red cabbage and Semmelknodel were texcellent. We pretended to have room for dessert and the raspberry streusel cake and especially the pear bread pudding were great. Shoutout to our server Amber. Ausegezeichnet!
