This was our second time at Il Palio and it was such a great experience. Amazing food, wonderful staff and we will definitely go back!

Another terrific evening; Jenny P is an outstanding server. The young man who assists at the table is to be commended-he really seems to enjoy his job and never fails to bring a smile to my face!

This is one of our favorite restaurants. We drive from New Haven, where there is a lot of great restaurants but Chaplin is worth the extra drive! The food is excellent! Some of our favorites are the polenta fries, the steak, which is always perfectly cooked, the pork belly Mac and cheese, and the fries are amazing! Every dish is full of flavor and you can tell the chef gave thought into preparing a dish that is well rounded. The ambiance is so fun and the outdoor patio is great anytime of year! The staff is excellent, from the hostess to the wait staff, and the bartenders, they are all so friendly and put their best foot forward every day. Another great thing is their playlist that is fun and young with the right amount of energy. We highly recommend it!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating with our several special needs. We were there fairly early on a Wednesday to avoid the crowds. The service, food, and price were all very good. We will certainly be back!
