DANIEL DEL PRADOBorn in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Chef Daniel del Prado is the child of parents of Spanish and southern Italian descent. After moving to the United States in his early 20s, del Prado began his culinary career in Colorado—cooking at night and snowboarding during the day. Upon moving to Minneapolis, he had the opportunity to work in some of the finest kitchens in the Twin Cities. In 2009 del Prado teamed up with his mentor, Isaac Becker, to open Bar La Grassa in the North Loop. When it came time for del Prado to open his own concepts, he burst onto the Twin Cities scene with his premiere Linden Hills restaurant, Martina, and opened the Oaxacan Mexican-influenced Colita just a year after.     This place is a find❗️ Varied dinner menu from homemade soups, fab salads, lots of vegetable sides, to steaks and salmon and chops. Quiet enough to enjoy diner conversations! Lovely booths for privacy and comfort. Great lunch menu, too, with always delicious burgers, sandwiches, salads, soups, etc. Can eat a little or a lot, depending how hungry you are. Service consistently heat as is food quality. Z. Accommodating chefs and servers. Can’t say enough good about Milwaukee Road!!!

    Very good food, nice stop to end my day. The wait staff was wonderful and the food was excellent. I haven’t had Thai food in a long time, and it hit the spot. The place was clean. And hostess was great. Would definitely stop here again. Thank you for a great meal for my birthday week. Dana 😊

    The staff was great & the food & drinks were fantastic. The only negative is that they were out of pineapple juice, so 3 of us had to change our beverage orders (we survived).
