Tras cerrar sus puertas en el 2012 para emprender importantes trabajos de renovación, ha abierto nuevamente bajo la dirección de McGuire Moorman Hospitality, el principal grupo de restaurantes en Austin. El restaurante está ubicado en una zona tranquila al oeste del centro de la ciudad y cuenta con un animado bar, tres diferentes salones comedor y menús que ofrecen filetes de primera calidad añejados en seco, renovada gastronomía elegante y clásica, así como productos frescos de proveedores locales. El comensal encontrará además mesas en salones privados, valet parking de cortesía y servicio local de transporte. Josephine House ofrece almuerzo, brunch, Happy Hour y cena, además de filete de res con papas fritas los lunes por la noche. La cabaña en Clarksville ofrece una pequeña barra de mármol con café o cocteles, mesas íntimas en el salón comedor, rincones menos iluminados en el patio así como un área con césped al frente para pasar el rato.     Sammie’s Italian es una joya, desde que llegas, el ambiente te transporta directo a una clásica trattoria italiana, con ese toque acogedor que te hace sentir en casa. La comida… espectacular y cuando digo que me gustó todo, es en serio todo: la pasta, las entradas, los postres y hasta el café. El servicio amable y el lugar con muchísimo encanto. Sin duda, uno de esos sitios a los que quieres volver una y otra vez.
