CK’s our family owned business believes our business should be part of the solution and not part of the problem. We serve globally inspired food with an emphasis on seasonal and local ingredients. We recycle everything we can: metals, glass, paper and cardboard. Our used cooking oil goes to the local science teacher for his bio-fuel car. The vegetable scraps become compost for our garden. 15% of our energy is produced by our rooftop solar panels and solar hot water is on the way soon. Many of us commute to work on foot or by bike. Our food comes from several local farms and ranches and we purify our drinking water. Our goal is fresh healthy food that will feed your body and your soul.

Simply fabulous meal in a low key hip vibe. Flavors and freshness, presentation and cadence between courses was perfect. Ruby trout was like no other trout I’ve ever eaten- would be an obsession if we lived near. My son had a perfectly cooked duck with tart cherry emulsion. Husband had plumb scallops. Apps and desert were equally perfect.

Our evening at CK’s was superb. From the cocktails and crab cakes, to the wedge salad, to our entrees, every bite was delightful My husband usually orders (and did tonight) the gaucho steak with fries. It is always excellent, tender and with fabulous chimichurri. I order something different each time we go and tonight had the Cajun trout with a side of carrot/sweet potato mash. Wow! Loved the flavors and such a beautiful meal. We appreciate the familiar faces of the staff and know our dining experience will be top level. Thank you

Good experience. Baked potato was awesome. Rib eye nice and medium rare. Kids cheeseburger delicious flavor.
