Just felt a bit rushed while dining , staff told us that we had to eat and finish within 60 minutes because they had a lot of reservations.
Drinks were great, food was a bit cold.

I made the reservation and when we get to the Restaurant they said that they were not respecting reservation, so we have to wait for a table.

The food was awful. The miso soup was served cold, dirty plates were left in front of my wife and I for the duration of our meal, drinks were served very slow, we had to ask other servers to bring us soy sauce, we weren’t given silverware or chopsticks, the fish of the sushi was not fresh. Overall I don’t think we will be returning.

I made reservations for a romantic night out for my husband and I. Restaurant was busy. This was my second time visiting this restaurant and I wanted my husband to see how great this place is. Unfortunately, our waiter kept messing up. Brought us our drinks without any straws or sugar. No utensils were brought until we asked for them even though they had already brought us our food. Our waiter seemed so distracted he kept looking at the table next to us instead of paying attention when we would speak to him. Food was really good but it was pretty expensive. We also got sick the next day. I don't know if this was because of how busy the restauran was and mistakes were made but it was a bad enough experience we do not want to go back again and we would not recommend. For the price they charge for food you would expect to receive excellent service.

Lots of outdoor seating. Desirable during the pandemic. Nice place for comfort food. Bar orders sometimes a little slow to arrive.

Calamari was cold and tasteless. The sushi was just ok. Asked for my filet medium rare with brussel sprouts and received a well done burnt filet with green beans. The salmon did not taste like it should, to me it was soggy and undercooked. Best parts was the rice and mashed potatoes. Service was great til we got our food then took a little longer to get a check. Will not be going back again

Excellent service, noise level a bit too high from DJ but overall acceptable. Food was good not their usual best. Accomodations were great. Definitely recommend.

Our waiter was awesome. However, when my friend’s dish came the chicken was still raw inside. 🤢 they had to take it back. And my friend had to wait longer for her food..i shared my food with her until hers arrived. No manager or supervisor came to us to talk about the issue. Usually at other places we go to, if something like that happens, a manager usually comes. I lovd Kona..i was the one who
Invited my friend because she had never been. I dont think that was a good experience for her first time.

Loved the food. We went during happy hour and they have amazing drink specials and food specials! Love using Open Table!!! I made the reservation 1 hour before and when my group of 4 arrived there was a 45 minute wait but they had our reservation and we walked right in! Love using Open Table and Loved Kona Grill. It was a Friday evening and they have a DJ which really livens the mood. Our waitress was also amazing. She was very quick with our drinks and food and extremely attentive and efficient.

We were sat at our table and no one helped us for some time. We waited for a server, but no one came in the 10-15 minutes we were at our table so we decided to leave. The tables and booths feel sticky and dirty, as does the floor. I would not say that the restaurant feels very clean. I’m glad nobody served us just because of the way the booth felt and the restaurant (at least the bar side) looked.

Slow service and very lots of noise due to vent over bar counter

The menu was much more expensive then the last time I dine at Kona. 3 salad and sushi and one salad, two alcoholic drinks for $150.00. Food was good. Server was good. There was a DJ in the dining area and the music was too loud. It was difficult to communicate with our server and with each other at our table.

We showed up and sat us with a waitress that had just sat a 10plus party and took her a while to get our drinks, poor girl also had to worry about the party and us I felt that our food took a while while other parties sat after us ate before us, we had to call a manager to get drink refills the beer we got was hot, they had a Dj going which was good but too loud

Felt safe with the precautions the staff were taking due to COVID. The service was good, food was very good, first time out since March so was a nice experience to celebrate with a coworker.
