Outstanding food service and atmosphere. A perfect place to go with your S.O. Luis the headwaiter and his team provide a wonderful experience. The affiliated "Express" bistro next door is also excellent for lunch and ice cream treats during the day. This is a frequent go-to place for us.

I love that Kaiser Maximillian is always consistant. Consistantly good food and great service. The crab cake appetizer was delish. The French onion soup is probably the best anywhere. Finally the beef tenderloin was cooked to perfection..... never have to worry when ordering medium rare... that’s the way it is always prepared to my liking. Thank you to all the staff at Kaiser Maximilian for making every dinner there FABULOUS!!!

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Vallarta. The sauces are incredible, atmosphere quiet and wonderful people we have known for years. For a safe distanced but incredible meal you have to come here.

Kaiser Maximiliano is a cute, charming place worth a trip for anyone staying in or near the Zona Romántica. Our waiter, whose name I regretfully can’t remember, was amazing! Very friendly, very welcoming, and I’ll be more than happy to stop by again should I ever return to Puerto Vallarta.

There were 3 of us looking for a nice meal and good conversation. All of us enjoyed the food, wine and ambience. And we will definitely recommend to friends and come back again.

We try to go at least one time each year while in PV. Love the veal scallopini. Only wished portion was a little larger. Get 3 small pieces. It comes with twice baked potato and creamed spinach, so you are not hungry after. Table partner had leg of veal and said was quite delicious. Also had Wiener schnitzel which was a large portion. We opted to have gravy on side as it does not come with any sauce. Traditionally, it is not suppose to have any sauce, just lemon. Caesar salad and the beet salad very good as well.

Always delicious flavours and well prepared high quality European, leaning towards Austrian, food.
And of course, some great Mexican touches mixed into the menu.
I love this place year to year to year!

Maximilian is definitely one of my top pick restaurants in PV. There is no wonder they have been in service for over 30 years. Service and food are spectacular can’t recommend them enough! Andreas it has been a pleasure and thanks to Luis for the service.

Valentine’s Day special four course menu, with multiple set options per course. All selected items were fresh, flavorful, and of the highest quality. Preparation and presentation was exquisite. Service was superb as usual.

We’ve probably been to Kaiser Maximilian a dozen times by now and honestly have loved every single bite of every single meal. This visit was no exception. Luis is a masterful server, always a step ahead of our needs. Caesar salads are our favorites to start and we’ve had most every entree at this point. Weinerschnitzel is amazing as is the rahmschnitzel. Seafood is terrific and, well you get the drift—it’s a special spot with incredible food and service. One of our go-to places. Can’t go wrong here.

Don't order the scallop dish with squash, salad. Terrible dish.

We have been to Kaiser Maximilian's before and wanted to take some guests from our neighborhood to dinner before the Theatre. The guests loved the meal, service and atmosphere. We will return to Kaiser Maximilians.

Best beef I’ve ever had. Beef tenderloin with Gorgonzola sauce.

Wonderful food. Above our high expectations. I can say that this is the best cuisine in Puerto Vallarta.
Andreas the owner is there all the time, walking around the tables and checking every dish.
The only area of improvement is the service, we felt it a bit slow.
