   The only reason why we made reservations here was for outdoor seating. And they apparently started construction and moved us to a noisy corner table in the middle of the restaurant. Zero outside seating. The food was not good at all. My son just ordered the chicken pasta and couldn’t even eat it because it was so spicy and there was no description of it being spicy at all. My other son had the pork chop and it was completely undercooked and raw. And then they overcharged us a messed up our bill at the end so took figuring out what are appropriate charges even work. They put more food on our ticket. It was a horrible experience

   Delicious! Breakfast was SO good! Highly recommend and will definitely go back.

   The filet mignon was excellent. Sweet potatoes were seasoned just right. My husband got the pork chop and said it was superb. Our server was Jonathan and he was awesome!

   Very nice place to dine. Staff was super friendly and courteous. The food was great. Nice dining experience. Plan on going back.

   A little strange. The restaurant is overly voluminous. Feels a bit like a Las Vegas cafeteria.

   Very disappointed in the menu and food selections. Everything has a chili base, no baked potatoes, no regular sweet potatoes, salsa was watery with no flavor, mot enough normal sides to select from.

   It’s been about two years since our last visit and you could definitely tell things had changed - the elegance and warmth of CM is gone and now they have a new tex-mex vibe. The menu is completely different and overall ‘MEH’. Won’t recommend this to anyone seeking a date night experience. If you’re staying the hotel - please note you have more options available within a 5-10 mile radius. Great to send the kids down stairs for a quick bite.

   My friend and I had reservations for 1:00pm. We got to the restaurant on time and there were no employees to seat us. We waited for about 15 mins then walked over to the bar in the lobby to ask for someone to help us. The young man at that bar was kind enough to find the bar tender for Cibolo Moon. We finally got seated and placed our order. The bar tender at Cibolo Moon was the only person working. He was trying to keep up with everyone there but it was slow service. The restaurant was under staffed. It made for an unpleasant experience.

   Slow time and waiter seemed to prioritize other tables. Food good but can get similar quality at other venues at cheaper cost and not pay for parking.
