Sophisticated European influenced American cuisine venue rivaling Chicago and unique in small town Elkhart, Indiana. Beautiful preparation execution and pristine plating. Good California dominated wine list with moderate depth selection; would like to see more Burgundy in particular. Some nice Coravin high end glass selections. Very good spirits and whisky/whiskey inventory. Highly recommended. More
