The food was amazing but slightly beaten by Little Fish Market that we also visited recently.... Although the lobster and meat courses here were outstanding. The service was fabulous and the atmosphere much more enjoyable than some other similar type restaurants we’ve been to with a more hip and trendy vibe. Value is good and the knowledge of the ingredients and produce by the staff was impressive! Wine was affordable and the chilled red we had from a local vineyard was perfect. Definitely would recommend and go again. More

We arrived at 1pm on Monday to be greeted by the most friendly front of house / head waiter and barman who were both super friendly. The decor and ambiance were perfect for a quiet birthday lunch. We loved the menu and opted for scallops and shrimps as our starters - we were not disappointed! Followed by a whole bream and fish stew main course which was sent down after we’d asked for a short break - again, our tastebuds were sparkling with happiness. Considering we’d had a very light breakfast, we opted for 4 sides, but the portions were so generous, we could have made do with just 2. Sadly not enough room for dessert, so we shall definitely return and never walk by again with dropping in - even if just for a cocktail. Thoroughly recommended! More
