Chef Pham previously served as the lead chef at Uchi, a renowned sushi restaurant in Texas. His expertise and dedication to quality will contribute to the exceptional dining experience at Kata Nori.The founders Nam Phan, Kyung Kim, and Chef Pham are Kansas City natives.
