Very attentive server, excellent food and nice private ambiance.

My expectations were a little higher than expected. The food and wait staff were great but the ambiance was a less than expected.

The food was exquisite and delicious. The complementary bottle of Champagne was a nice surprise☺☺☺☺

We were going to the concert at the Plaza, and wanted to celebrate a birthday with dinner beforehand. You can not get anything to book around the theater, but this wonderful restaurant in the Doubletree was available! The food was great, the service wonderful and the ambience perfect. It was also so much easier to get in and out in parking that anything near the Plaza, and only two blocks away! We will definitely go back!

Our server was great. Attentive but not in the way. The food portions were surprisingly small. Small enough that we considered ordering a 2nd entree- What we did order was very good. I had the chicken bowl and my husband had the seafood enchiladas.

Excellently cooked steak. Medium rare. Get the Chile pepper marinaded one.

Took my wife for Valentine's and place was real nice. There was 2 kids crying but i understand that sometimes people need a date night and have no babysitter. To start the calamari con jalapenos real good. The coke rib was awesome and my wife had blackened shirp penne is the best from El Paso. Dessert cookie a la mode fantastic. Our server was real helpful and very kind. 2 Thumps up. Price is good for fine dinning. Will definitely go back again soon. Thanks Fire restaurant made our 2019 Valentine's unforgettable.

The food was great and the service was amazing... the only bad thing if the night is that we were seated right next to the kitchen entrance, so there was a lot of noise from the doors and waiters communicating with each other. But the food was delicious and the waiter was very attentive and nice.

Our reservation was on Valentine's Day (though not for Valentine's Day - we were going to a concert. When we arrived we were seated, later given menus; had to ask for a wine list; I had to get up and ask the Manager to find us a waiter. They appeared totally disorganized. One server came up and told us that we were not his table but he had been told to wait on us. But he had two other tables ahead of us....not our problem. Got another waiter and he as good but not very attentive. Wife ordered a glass of Cabernet and it arrived in a water glass....not classy. The food was exceptional...good taste, good amount. The Fire has a bar section not far at all from the restaurant. The bar was noisy which is to be expected but you would expect the restaurant portion to be separated better. We will never go back here. Great food but terrible service. Not worth the price we paid.

I had Christmas eve dinner with my daughter at this restaurant, the service was great and the food was very delicious. The main entree and the dessert were awesome, the salad could have used more dressing or croutons.I would definitely go back in the near future

The atmosphere was just weird. On a Friday night we were the only people in the restaurant. There didn’t seem to be much value in the food, the entrees were $30+ which seemed slightly unreasonable considering no one was in the restaurant... maybe they’re trying to make ends meet. The wait staff was nice but also a little odd, when I informed the hostess we had reservations she laughed ... truly i.t was laughable considering my second sentence, but weird for an employee to agree. We couldn’t justify spending almost $100 on dinner when the ambiance was just not there, i.t would have been like spending $100 in and empty McDonald’s, we ended up politely leaving.

Good guacamole, terrible chicken Alfredo - dry flavorless chicken, over cooked linguini, heavy pasty sauce. Indifferent service with several errors. Would not return.

I made reservations online for Valentines Day and when we got there they didn't know anything about it. Luckily there wasn't a lot of people waiting & our waiter got an extra table from storage to accommodate us & we didn't have to wait for a long time. The valentines menu only had 2 options to choose from. Meat or chicken. Food was very good. Live music was excellent. Really good service & fast.

I had made reservations at the Fireside Restaurant in the hotel. NOT a great idea in our case. We had 5:45 PM reservations. Were the second couple to be seated. The waiter brought bottled water and took our drink and dinner order. He brought the drinks and he never again checked on us. After almost half an hour the manager brought us a starter then after another half hour or so the manager again brought the salads. Long story (and dinner) short. We had to take the desert with us because we were running late to see a show. We got out of the restaurant at 7:20 PM. The manager did reduce the bill a bit which was most gracious of him, as the problem was the waiters, not the managers. Hopefully the waiter was just having a bad day, as we all do. On the Plus side, the dinner was very very good in a nice quite setting which helped to mitigate the poor service. Sorry I do not know the waiters name, so you could be sure and ask NOT to get him.

We enjoyed two dinners at FIRE. On both evenings the food was excellent. The first night we came in rather late and ordered from the sandwich menu. Super Reuben! And the coconut cream cake was amazing. Nice trio played in the background.
The second night was just as enjoyable food-wise. Our waiter seemed distracted and failed to refill water glasses, never offered dessert or anything else. Solo guitar singer offered his talent without interrupting our conversation.
The food/beverage manager was very grateful for our opinions, and I am certain they will rate five stars in every category.
The breakfast buffet was good too.
I shall return.

Music was great on a Saturday night. I believe it was Jamie-Lynn who played guitar and sang great. A variety of songs and artists. She is awesome.

To be fair, we had really good service. The food was decent. The fire alarms were flashing--sort of strobing-- the entire time we were there. The alarm by our table was covered with cardboard and clicked with each flash. I'm pretty sure it was arcing. This restaurant is located inside a Hilton property. Not what I expect of Hilton. When I asked the restaurant manager about the fire alarm he said it had been that way since he arrived and wasn't sure when it would be fixed. Pretty disappointing.

We were celebrating our anniversary on April 15th and we thoroughly enjoyed the service and the food. Every one was so nice and helpful
