It was a straight forward online booking system with confirmation received. A nice environment and welcome when we arrived. The service was first class, the meals were lovely and Lois was terrific. She was very engaging and looked after us so well throughout the evening. Certainly somewhere we would book again.

Afternoon tea was lovely. Good amount of food, we had to have a doggy box to take some home as very filling. Allergies and dislikes well catered for. All staff were friendly and very efficient.

We had a lovely experience at The Ivy, booked for our second wedding anniversary they surprised us with an unexpected treat after our meal. We’ve eaten there many times and have never had a bad experience.

We booked Cafe Benji which is on the first floor within Jarrolds department store in Norwich for "Afternoon Tea" to celebrate my wife's birthday, along with our youngest daughter. It was a really good experience and perhaps a hidden gem. We were warmly welcomed, expected due to having pre-booked, and taken to our reserved table. The service throughout was excellent, as was the tea (coke for my daughter) and food served, which included 4-varieties of sandwich, warm scones with cream and jam, and a super-cake selection. In fact we couldn't eat it all and they were well prepared with small takeout cartons. Benji's was well decorated/themed, creating a really nice setting. We went on a Monday afternoon, so naturally would be quieter. Definitely recommend and will be visiting again.

Fantastic meal and stay to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. Everything was superb from the spa, to the room, to dinner and breakfast. Would highly recommend and return in a heartbeat. Thank you!
