I visited Zak's in Poringland on Wednesday evening with my friend and colleague, and we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. To start, we had the 8-piece chicken wings with the smoky BBQ sauce, which were absolutely delicious. The wings were cooked perfectly and the sauce had a great balance of smoky flavour and sweetness. For the main course, we both chose the Deluxe Burger, and it certainly lived up to its name. The burger was juicy, packed with flavour, and served with excellent sides. The quality of the food was outstanding throughout, and the service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it a great place to catch up with friends after work. Overall, an excellent meal and a thoroughly enjoyable evening. I would highly recommend Zak's Poringland to anyone looking for great food, generous portions, and excellent service. We'll definitely be back!

Such a lovely feel to this pub/ restaurant. Beautifully and calming decorated. Service was excellent, food was delicious.

Our server, Lily, was great. It was my daughter's birthday and she and the other servers sang happy birthday to her and brought out a dessert, complete with candle. Lots of other diners sang and clapped too. It was really lovely. Kids bento boxes are a great deal and work well for kids. Food and drink is really great and the app works well.
