Ototo is an underground Japanese-inspired bar and restaurant beneath Akaiito at 349–351 Flinders Lane, Melbourne CBD. Join us for modern Japanese and Asian-fusion dishes designed for sharing, cocktails and late-night drinks. Dinner includes à la carte plates and Feed Me set menus at $68, $88 or $108 per person. On Saturdays and Sundays, our 90-minute bottomless brunch is $79 per person, with Ototo bites and free-flowing drinks, between 12pm and 3pm.     This is a marvellous restaurant for a quiet conversation, combined with excellent service and outstanding cuisine. And for those that enjoy wine and cocktails, this is a high point in the experience. The selections were excellent and everyone in our table of 6 would happily return when we next meet.

    We had the $49 pp feed me menu which was a nice light selection if you’re not too hungry. Great value and all the food we selected was beautiful. There is also a nice selection of specialty cocktails or they’ll make you whatever classic cocktail you want. Great ambience and atmosphere.

    My wife and I had dinner at Ms Ava for our anniversary and we loved it! We had the crispy fired prawn dumplings for starters and the porterhouse for mains. Both were excellent! I had also flagged that my wife was GF/DF, and the staff went above and beyond to care for her needs. We also appreciated the fact that we were given complimentary glasses of wine in lieu of dessert, as they were unable to provide anything to cater for my wife's dietary needs.
